Sara was very prompt with calling to schedule an appointment and showing up for that appointment. She was completely honest about how much the yard plan would cost.

It was a great experience. They were able to get to us within 4 weeks of signing the bid. They completed the entire job in 2 days and left the area spotless each day. They did hit our sprinkler system, but repaired it promptly the very next morning. One flower was DOA, and they replaced it the next morning. There were absolutely no hassles. They were a pleasure to do business with. The front yard looks great. Our neighbors have been asking us who did our yard. I think Mike will be getting a lot more business in our neighborhood.

Working with MIke is great. He gets what you envision, suggesting changes or additions here and there. It is very refreshing. My only negative comment is that it is tough to get in touch with Mike as you get into the project, but then again, this is his busy season. His crew cleaned up every night, which made us and the neighbors happy. They worked hard and constantly with only one skipped day, due to rain. They did a very professional job. The results are great! I would hire Basile again in a heartbeat.

After having the crew install it, including chiseling it to fit, they decided it didn't look good enough and brought it back to the shop and ordered a different stone. The second stone was perfect and looks outstanding. All of this was done without our asking. Every evening, the entire yard and street were cleaned. Hardly a trace anyone was there. Every employee from Sarah to Eric to the crew were friendly, accommodating, great listeners, and diligent workers.

SARAH WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE /INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE PLANTS SHE WAS RECOMMENDING FOR THE LANDSCAPING LAYOUT. SHE PRESENTED COLORED PICTURES WITH A BRIEF HISTORY FOR EACH OF THE PLANTS SHE WAS PRESENTING WHICH I FOUND VERY HELPFUL.

MIKE BASILE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE GOT US A BID QUICKLY, DID THE WORK WITHOUT DELAY, AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP AT THE END. MIKE'S BID WAS NOT THE LOWEST WE GOT, BUT WHEN HE WAS DONE WE WERE GLAD WE WENT WITH HIM. THE WALL NOW LOOKS SO GOOD, WE'RE GOING TO HAVE TO WORK ON THE REST OF OUR PROPERTY. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE BASILE AGAIN.
