Eric was very prompt in contacting me after my initial inquiry, and scheduled an appointment within a few days. After I signed the contract with them, we were able to schedule the actual work within two weeks. The work took about a day and a half to complete. I was unable to be there most of the time, but when I checked with them, the crews were polite and hard-working. They left the yard neat and clean at the end of the first day. There are a few items that have not been completed as agreed (uncovering a clean out access point that was covered with mulch, removing some branch trimmings) and have not yet been taken care of about two weeks after the original work was done. This is the reason for giving them a B in quality of work. (If an A- was possible, that would have been my score) Overall, I am very pleased with the work Basile did and would recommend them to someone who is looking for landscaping. I had not planned to have this much work done originally, but am glad I did after seeing the results!

Rather than bring in a Bobcat and tear up our yard, they dug the whole thing by hand. They planted trees and bushes between the creek and our neighbors which will give us a great screen in the future. They were tied up with some other jobs so it took a little while for them to start working. I was very impressed with the crew and how hard working they were. One of their mini bobcats broke down but they didn't stop working they started wheelbarrowing the dirt.

Everything looks great. Considering the weather they've had to deal with, they contacted me and let me know any time they were behind on a project. They were very responsible about letting me know! They were very professional and hard working.

It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, efficient, and accommodating from Katie in the office to Mike Basile, the owner, and his installation crew. They did an excellent job. Where there once was a lake is a beautiful green lawn.

They were very willing to answer my questions and had excellent customer service. There was a misunderstanding about how much lawn to cover with the compost, but they remedied the situation the very day that we spoke about the issue.

Excellent job! An estimate appointment was made the day I called (I did not have to wait for a call back). Eric had really good ideas for us. By the end of the week I had a proposal faxed to me and within 2 weeks the job was done. They even came a day early because they had an opening. The workers were pleasant and cleaned up all areas. Eric called after the work was done to make sure everything went well and that we were happy with it.

Mike came out and gave us an estimate for replacing our rotting retaining wall (about 25 ft. long by 8 ft. high) and stairs as well as clearing brush and small trees from about 1/4 acre of property and seeding it with grass. While Basile's bid was not the lowest or the highest that we received, the job required tearing up part of our driveway and Mike was the only one who thought to include the cost of replacing the driveway in his bid. We also chose an aluminum fence for the top of the wall and stair railing. It took a while for them to get started (it was the busy summer season), but they worked hard once they did start (there were two delays: one caused by permit issuing backups at city hall and the other by weather). Dan and his crew were fantastic and Mike came out to check on things periodically as well. The yard looks great and the wall and stairs are exquisite. Mike and his company were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

Very responsive, paid 50% down and they did the work right away. Very slow to invoice on the remaining balance (which is good for my cash flow I guess).

We really, really like them. They were very responsive. We had a problem with plants dying because of drought. They came out and took them all out and put new ones in without us even asking with no additional charge. We will continue to use them in the future.

The installation process went pretty smoothly - we had some glitches with the weather though. The installers were very nice hard workers and very particular about getting things right. The patio turned out awesome! I'm so glad we went with a reputable company.

Mike Basile came out and gave an estimate. He was very helpful and made some good suggestions about using some retaining wall stones already on the property rather than buying new ones. He listened well to what I needed and came up with a good plan. The work crew came when scheduled, completed the job in time for delivery of the shed, and cleaned up well afterwards. There was an unexpected issue with the uneven size of some of the stones, but they took down the problem parts that were already done and redid it. Ryan did most of the stone work and did a good job in bad weather conditions (cold and raining).

We didn't do the project, but plan on having them do it in the spring.

This was the first time we used this company and they were fast and efficient. They came out on a Friday for an estimate and by Tuesday they were in my yard getting it done. This surprised me since it is the busy season for them. I was able to communicate well with them in what I needed done and they did a great job.

The finished job always looks wonderful. They do very professional, high quality work. They are very accessible if you need something in particular done. They owner closely supervises his crew. They are a little pricey but absolutely worth the cost.

This job was a little pricey but they did good work. They did a good job of planning a wall that would solve the problem. The crew was polite and showed up on time. They delivered on their promises.
