+ -1 moreI am satisfied with their service. They did a great job. I have since bought more salt for them and they delivered and filled. Sometimes, I have had to call a couple times to follow up and schedule an appointment for delivery for the salt. The installer was very knowledgable. He walked me through how to use it the first time very well. I am very pleased with them.

If I’ve ever any troubles, they have easily resolved them. They have been real nice with my pets in my home. Everyone who has been here has been extremely polite.

+ 0 moreWe have had to call three times prior to the March 18th incident in order to get an automatic delivery actually delivered. The last "automatic" delivery was supposed to take place on March 18th. It didn't happen. I called Aqua Systems on March 22nd and was told that they were sorry and that "a driver will be in your area tomorrow". There was no delivery. I called again on March 24th and was told that a driver would be here today. I told them that I wanted to sever all business ties with their company.
Description of Work: Aqua Systems was supposed to provide bottled water delivery on a bimonthly basis.

+ -1 moreWe are very pleased with Aqua Systems. The salesman, Brett, was very knowlegeable and easy to work with. He did not try to sell us more than we wanted or needed. The installer, Rich, did a fantastic job, quick, efficient and he walked us through the use of the system in a way that we have total confidence in how the system works. The system is working wonderfully and is providing us exactly what we needed.
