Hours as stated on line are no longer reliable. One Friday afternoon I found them closed at 4:20; they are no longer consistently open in the afternoons and appear to take hour plus "breaks" since we have had to return multiple times to find them "open" again.

I was pleased having Aqua Systems help us. Brett Line, the owner, was super helpful regarding assessing our service needs and proving us all the necessary information. Kyle Eugea from Aqua Systems came to service our water softener system. Kyle was really knowledgeable and helpful and helped me understand the maintenance issues with our system. I will surely be relying on Brett and Kyle for my future needs.

We contacted Aqua systems because we wanted to install a good, cost-effective water softner in our recently-purchased house. Brett visited us, ran us through the different options, and checked the basement to make sure there would be no unexpected problems during installation. he also took a water sample to test it for hardness, which came back pretty high as we expected. He was very professional, and pointed us to the most cost-effective option given our needs. We ended up choosing the most basic setup which he had recommended. After deciding we scheduled the installation. We had to reschedule a couple of days before the chosen date, and they were very accommodating. Kyle came to install the softner and got the job done in about 90 min. The installation looks extremely professional. He even suggested what the best place for the softner would be in our basement. He left the softner completely set up and operating, and we haven't had to adjust it since. It's been running for more than four months without any issue. We are extremely happy with our purchase with Aqua Systems and with their service. Water feels significantly softer in the shower, and we see much less residue in the dishwasher. Our clothes also feel softer and degrade significantly less since we installed the softner. Really worth the investment!

I am pleased with the work they did. Joel was very professional and was very helpful with all my questions and he went the extra mile to make sure I understood how his products work. The installer did a great job and he was pleasant and professional. I waited for some time to write a review to make sure everything would be working and functioning properly. I am happy to report everything is fine. These people aim to please and I would definitely hire them again.

Joel did a great job of providing exactly what I wanted for our home...and for a good price. Their installer accommodated our schedule and even paused the installation while we ordered a specific PEX line (our choice) to install the system. Overall a very positive experience.

It was a little rocky the first few weeks getting the schedule straight. But since then, delivery and service has been A+. They continue to deliver our water every two weeks. I would recommend them to any consumer.

The installation of the water softener went fine, I felt like it took a long time and the worker tracked dirt all through the basement. The installation of the reverse osmosis system was a different story, he constantly complained about how little space there was, but he came out ahead of time and said there was enough space for it. The entire time he was making racist remarks about the last customer that he went to go see, and he also made very sexist remarks to my wife. In the process of installing the reverse osmosis system he broke the drain on one of our sinks, but didn't tell anyone about it and left. The next day we noticed water under the counter, so we called the company and they claimed that it was a preexisting problem that the worker told us about. After a few back and forth's with the manager they finally decided to cover a plumber coming out to fix the drain. The plumber came out and fixed the drain but while he was here found that the filters on the reverse osmosis system were not tightened and part of the water problem we were having was due to that. Overall the system has been working ok, but it seems to run out of water fairly quickly, we are lucky to get two pots of coffee water out of it. I would not recommend this company if they still have that worker who claimed to be the only person who does installs for the company.

We had one bottle that came with a factory defective cap. We asked for a credit, they said they won’t do that. The delivery guy told us to call the office, and they said they would only replace the bottle. He didn't try to find an answer for us.

They were very helpful and professional. I called to get pricing for a water heater and water softener as well as a water purification system. Their pricing was better than another quote I had received for two of the three but they also offered a price break if I went with both the water heater and the water softener. So in all their pricing was significantly better. It turned out my water softener is ok and I ended up purchasing and installing a water heater with the help of a friend.

The service has turned out great! They’re a family-oriented company. They were very personable and friendly. Nothing was stressful and they weren’t high-pressure salesmen.

Overall, the service was great. It’s a good company. The Mountain Spring water tastes great and I could trust it as being pure spring water. Our church just ordered a water cooler from them as well. I would definitely work with them again!

The man that delivers the water for me goes above and beyond his duties for me. They are courteous and professional when I have to deal with them. They usually arrive around the same time each month, so I can easily plan my day around their delivery.

They’re a good business to deal with! They’re very prompt with returning phone calls and always deliver the water when they say they will. I also know how much the bill will be prior. Their delivery fee is only $4.50. They even take the water downstairs for me if I ask! They’ve been good to work with. We would not drink any other water but this water, and company always comments on how great the water tastes!

The service has been great overall. They’ve done a great job, particularly since they’ve moved to the area! They’ve delivered nicely and whenever I’ve called, they’ve been responsive. Their prices are reasonable!

They’re a very honest company. Whenever I’ve ordered anything, they’ve been helpful. For example, if I need to change the schedule, they make the adjustment without any problems. Their prices are reasonable and they’ve been dependable.

They work out just fine. If we get low before the scheduled delivery time, they will make a special delivery.

The water filter was purchased and installed about 5 years or so ago. We found the company by attending a Home show at the America's Center. We were very happy with the product and with the installation. They ran the lines under the sink, beneath the floor, and over to the refrigerator for the ice maker. It makes a miraculous difference in the ice and the water. 5 years or so later, we are still extremely happy with the product and have had no problems with either it or the installation.

They deliver in a prompt manner to our front door. They are responsive when I call for deliverly. The price is what they say it is. I have no complaints and I would recommend them.

The service is great! I think that they are the only distributor for Mountain Spring water in the area. They have excellent service. They change my order anytime that I ask. I have never had any problems with them. They are a really reliable company.

They purchased the company that we had been using for 10 years. The new company hasn’t been as easy to deal with as they no longer send invoices. I don’t like that.
