Description of Work: I contacted Aqua Leisure based on a recommendation from my neighbor. They came out on time provided a free estimate for the work to be done and then returned the day the service was scheduled. The work was professional and they offered suggestions for the spring opening and offered free training to help keep my pool looking good. I will definitely use them again in the spring.

Description of Work: We have an above ground pool, and upon opening it this year found 8' of the liner had fallen inside. We were without a pool service and decided to contact Aqua Leisure after reading the many reviews from satisfied customers. Steve fixed the initial problem, and recommended a product to take care of the green algae that had taken over. We followed his instructions, and our pool is now ready for another season of fun in the sun. We couldn't have found more knowledgable, courteous, prompt and affordable service!

Description of Work: The company provided exactly what we needed. Their promptness prevented a major problem with our pool. Maria, in the office, was extremely friendly and accomodating.

 + -1 moreWe have very high expectations when hiring contractors to take care of our home and not only did Aqua Leisure meet those expectation but they exceeded them 100 times over.
Description of Work: Aqua Leisure is AWESOME! They came in the early summer and completed the opening of our pool when we were struggling with getting the water clear and pump & filter to function as they should. I called and they were here and the pool was beautiful within 24 hours! A few week's later we were again having issues monitoring the water properly and once again they swooped in like SUPER POOL MAN and corrected our mistakes. While on vacation the end of June we were worried what condition our pool would be in when we came home .So we scheduled a weekly service on our pool and to our expectations Aqua Leisure had been to our home and we came home to a gorgeous clear and clean pool. We will continue to utilize their services and recommend them to all of our pool owning family, friends and fellow Angie's List Members.

It was my first experience with them. I would give them the highest recommendations. I would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Pump motor locked up at the beginning of the pool season Sand filter cracked as well. Aqua Leisure provided an estimate and came out at an agreed upon time to perform the work by installing a new pump and filter. They also cleaned the pool. We have used them to close the pool for winter the last 3 years (2007, 2006, 2005) and have no complaints other than pool closings seem expensive (in general from all pool companies -- I have called around).

 + -1 moreWE HIRED STEVE'S COMPANY TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR LEAKS IN OUR POOL. THE ESTIMATE WAS $2,800 AND STEVE HAD SET THAT AS A MAXIMUM FOR THE REPAIRS. HOWEVER, SINCE THE REPAIRS TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED, HE CHARGED US &4,000. WE DID NOT COMPLAIN AND PAID THE BILL PROMPTLY BECAUSE HIS MEN WERE SO NICE AND HAD WORKED HARD TO TRY AND SAVE OUR LEAKY POOL. STEVE WANTED TO CONTINUE TRYING TO FIX MORE LEAKS AT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. WHEN I CALLED AND TOLD HIM WE'D DECIDED TO INVESTIGATE HAVING A NEW POOL PUT IN BECAUSE WE HAD ALREADY SPENT MORE MONEY THAN WE THOUGHT PRUDENT TRYING TO FIX A VERY OLD POOL, HE BECAME ANGRY AND USED BAD LANGUAGE. HE MISSED TWO APPOINTMENTS TO DISCUSS OUR POOL WITH US IN PERSON. HIS MEN ALSO DID NOT RETURN AS SCHEDULED TO FINISH FILLING IN HOLES THEY DUG AROUND OUR POOL DECK. THEY LEFT OUR BACKYARD A MUDDY MESS.

 + -1 moreSTEVE WENT ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY MAKING SURE I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING ABOUT THE SPA. HE IS VERY HONEST AND SUGGESTED WE BUY THE COVER THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE SINCE WE COULD GET IT CHEAPER. HE ALSO LOOKED AT A SMALL LEAK IN THE SPA AND SAID IT WOULD BE BEST TO WAIT ON FIXING IT FOR NOW-IT WAS NOT THAT BAD. IF I DO NEED SERVICE ON THE SPA AGAIN IN THE FUTURE I AM DEFINITELY CALLING THIS COMPANY. STEVE KNOWS HIS SPAS!

 + -1 moreSTEVE HAS BEEN TAKING CARE OF OUR POOL FOR OVER 15 YEARS. HE WENT INTO HIS OWN POOL BUSINESS IN THE MID- 90''S. HIS CREWS ARE VERY RESSPONSIBLE AND DO AN EXCELLENT JOB ON OPENING AND CLOSING OUR POOL EACH YEAR, PLUS THE WEEKLY MAINTANCE DURING THE SUMMER. WE HAD SOME LANDSCAPING WORK DONE A FEW WEEKS BACK AND THE LANDSCAPERS CUT INTO ONE OF THE UNDERGROUND POOL PIPES. WE IMMEDIATELY HAD WATER LEAKING INTO OUR LOWER YARD. STEVE SENT OUT AN EMEREGENCY CREW TO PUT IN A TEMPORARY FIX UNTIL THE WEATHER GOT BETTER. THEY FINSHED UP THE REPAIR LAST WEEK WITH A MINIMUAL AMOUNT OF MESS IN OUR YARD. HIS COST ARE VERY COMPETIVE AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THEY CONTINOUSLY MAINTAIN A HIGH LEVEL OF QUALITY.
