They did a pretty good job. My pool needed some things later on. Their inspection wasn't thorough enough.

Worker was very knowledgeable and responsive. Good phone support. They volunteered to mark off fees that were a result of miscommunication.

A little slow on response some times, but as I said above, I can't argue with their capability as the problem was over the head of my prior pool company.

The owner is really engaged in ensuring the work is done correctly.

Very happy with these guys. They have done a great job this summer.

It didn't go well. I found a guy who seemed good, he came out and they did an opening on the pool with my own chemicals and weeks later I looked outside and there was a guy messing with my pool. He was installing a new pump and everything. They send me a bill for $350 for them putting in new chlorine. So I asked them how could they just come out and begin work without calling me. I didn't understand their business and I didn't understand his attitude. We had a moment where both of us were mad but I called him and apologized.

The office staff were very responsive, calling me back either the same day or first thing the next day. They worked with me and my insurance to help the installation of my pool pump go smoothly. They taught me how to manage my pool and delivered all the equipment I asked for. The technicians are very positive and helpful. They are reasonably priced.

HORRIBLE...SEE ABOVE! THIS WAS THE WORSE SERVICE EVER... WHY DO PEOPLE WHO HAVE POOL COMPANIES, ALWAYS COMPLAIN THAT THEY ARE TOO BUSY.. AREN'T THEY SUPPOSED TO BE! IT'S FREAKING SUMMER! DON'T TAKE ON CLIENTS IF YOU CAN'T TAKE CARE OF THEM!!!! HE TOLD ME EVERYONE THAT CAME TO MY POOL WILL KNOW WHATS GOING ON...THE GUY TONIGHT SAID "LADY, I JUST GOT TOLD TO COME HERE AND I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR POOL" Another technician from this company came out at 7:30 one evening to finish what the original guys did not complete. They were supposed to do a pressure test of my lines, the guy stuck a hose in the line and told me my pipes were cracked. They did not do everything on the original order. I had to hire another contractor to come out to finish reopening the pool. He told me that the brown spots in my pool should have came up during the acid wash, but they would have just needed to taken the time to scrub it. They also had to install the jets in the water which is difficult to do. He also told me that I do not need to have my lines pressure tested and they were not cracked. Update 7/9/14: Aqua Leisure says they have my pool cover at a canvas company, the company listed on the bill was contacted and has never received my pool cover from Aqua Leisure. The canvas company called Aqua Leisure, who said they are not returning the pool cover because we are in dispute. Plus, I have spent over $1500 trying to repair the damage they did while trying to acid wash my pool. UPATE: SEPT 15, 2014 THIS CO HAS BEEN PAID BECAUSE NO ONE WILL PROTECT ME. NOT MY CARD CO, NOT ANGIES LIST. AND THEY STILL REFUSES TO RETURN MY 2500 DOLLAR POOL COVER. SO, I HAD TO PURCHASE A 3800 POOL COVER TO CLOSE MY POOL...THEY STOLE FROM ME, AND ITS NOT CONSIDERED THEFT BECAUSE I HANDED THEM THE COVER. I LOVE THE WAY, SOME HORRIBLE COMPANY CAN COME IN DO A HORRIBLE JOB, I HAVE TO PAY THOUSANDS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE THEY DID, AND THEY TAKE MY POOL COVER AND ANGIES LIST DOES NOTHING,. THEY KEEP THEM AS AN A COMPANY DEPSIT THEY FACT THEY THEY HAVE MY PROPERTY...I THINK THAT MAKES IT A FEDERAL OFFENSE...BUT THEY AR STILL A TOP NOTCH COMPANY TO A COMPNAY THAT WAS CREATED TO PROETECT US.. I WANT MY COVER BACK!

They have done it perfectly, several times. And, they found and fixed several problems (such as skimmer leaks) that TWO prior pool companies totally missed, and gave me better guidance on cleaning my DE filter than anyone else had ever done. I recommend them highly.

Just purchased home with pool, and previous owner left with no instructions as to what needed to be done as far as closing for the season and general maintenance. After checking Angie's list and reading the reviews decided to call Aqua Leisure and I am very happy I did. Steve explained everything and checked the pool for leaks. This company is amazing, and in the spring I will be attending his pool school. He is a very nice and fair man. A pleasure to do business with now and in the future. .

Aqua Leisure Pool Service is a top notch pool service company, but is also much more. It is generally a family run company, therefore you will receive personal attention to your phone calls and e-mails. Steve is a wealth of knowledge and willing to spend the time to educate and ensure customer satisfaction. The various pool service technicians always arrive on the date requested, though the time will varying depending on the workload on any given day. That is to be expected as this is the busy time of the year and they work long hours into the dark (>8:30 PM). Highly recommend Aqua Leisure as a reputable, honest, knowledgeable and customer first company.

A team of workers showed up at the end of the day - around 6:00 p.m. They went to work immdiately and they were done in about an hour. They worked fast, hard, and well. In years past we have used other services and has has taken much longer to get the job done. To our astonishment they were also able to fix an issue we had with the lighting system in a couple of minutes by adjusting some switches. We have been waiting for the original installer to take care of the problem for 2 years now and we had been told it would take an electrician and over $1,000 to fix the problem. We were dully impressed, and grateful for their service.

After contacting Maria, she set me up to meet with her husband Steve for a consult. Steve showed great professionalism and has been working on my pool ever since. Since my swim spa is just a mini swimming pool, Steve showed no hesitation in recommending options and following through on service. He was even able to recommend a great electrician to work on a related electrical problem. I have dealt with most major pool repair outfits in the area and none of them showed any interest in doing actual work but I am beyond pleased with Aqua Leisure. I highly recommend them!

This is a new home to us and the first time we have had an in ground pool. Steve opened our pool, taught us how to clean and maintain the pool, and how to save money! LOVE THIS COMPANY!!!! Very professional, very helpful, offers full service and option to do some of the maintanance yourself. I called other companies and they wanted a flat fee--no option. I've done business with this company for 20 years and wouldn't think of using anyone else. My pool is in great shape and in part it's due to the help we have received from Steve and his crew. They open and close the pool each year and if a problem comes up Steve is just a phone call away.

Our pool pump just stopped working late one Thursday evening. We had out of town company already at our house and more in route (all intending to swim, of course....). Friday morning, my husband began his usual attempts to "self-fix" and I frantically searched Angie's List hoping to find someone slightly more knowledgable than my current self declared "pool repair" man/spouse, who had just walked by with a handful of tools?!' I called the office and was placed on the schedule for early the next a.m. Steve arrived and immediately began trying to diagnose our problem. The entire time he was working, he was efficiently explaining what he was doing. He made sure that it wasn't any "small" problem prior to checking into the "larger" issues. Fifteen minutes after arriving, he knew what our problem(s) were. He thoroughly explained the problem, the reason(s) for the problem and our remedy. We had a broken pump, and motor and also needed to replace a connecting tube that leaked. He explained that a seal within the pump had began to leak, thereby, alowing water to enter the motor, which is why it shut off /broke...electricity and water don't mix. He continued by showing us the three parts that needed to be replaced. Following that, he explained to us that we could waste a bunch of money ($300+) by hiring him to fix the situation (IE install the new pieces) or save the money by self-installing the new parts. He absolutely assured us that this is something we could EASILY handle. Furthermore, he told us if we had problems while installing to simply call his cell and he would walk us through it. Prior to leaving, Steve made certain that we were confident as to the parts needed/ how to install them and without any questions. My husband went on and on about the costs we were going to incur by involving a professional, etc. etc. Steve is the owner of this company, so when he chose to basically "teach us" to fix our own problem instead of taking us for hundreds of dollars In labor, that was $$$ he was taking out of his own pocket. I didnt know there were people out there doing business like this, with such honesty and integrity. Just when I thought I couldn't be any happier with the service just received, Steve let's me know that he will give us complimentary "pool school" in the Spring which will ensure we get our pool up and running properly each season. This company is FABULOUS !! They are knowledgable and trustworthy. I wouldn't call anybody else!!!! Thanks Steve!!

Aqua Leisure is the best. I wish I knew about them when we first opened our pool (it definitely would have saved us some expense). This was a tough job from the beginning- the pool is very old and very large. It was unclear what the condition of the pool was going to be like once the fiberglass was removed. Steve was very prompt about returning my call for an initial estimate. He was very flexible about setting up a meeting time and is very upfront about all estimates. He gave me all possible pricing scenarios for rehabbing my pool. More importantly, he and his team gave me a daily written update with regards to progress and budget. There have been no surprises with any bills and all work has been done as promised. Payment was very easy through the business manager, Maria. The work itself is excellent. My old pool now sparkles. Yes, it was expensive, but the repairs had to be done. Aqua Leisure also came in lower than other estimates. They also always left the job site as clean as possible. It's obvious that the Aqua Leisure team cares about building a relationship with the customers. Everyone who represents the company is very easy to work with and gives clear explanations about the work that is going on with the pool and any work that may be needed in the future. Plus, Steve's Pool School has turned us from reluctant pool owners to happy pool owners!

The service person was very professional and did a fantastic job of getting the pool cleaned and in order. They arrived at the scheduled time and provided information that was helpful for maintaining the pool. I was not able to stay while the entire service was completed, but I was impressed with the detailed information that was input on the service invoice. They also provided some helpful tips and preventative measures for my pool situation to prevent certain things from happening again. Overall the experience with this service provider was excellent. We will be using them again for our pool service needs!
