Not sure if the 2 women who came did not have enough time to complete the chore in the time alloted but I asked them to focus on kitchen,bathrooms and masterbed room. They did touch all the rooms of the house but would have preferred quality over quantity. They were very prompt in arriving on time which was much appreciated.

did not make initial contact until we reached out several days later because we needed the service done soon. services were supposed to include deep cleaning - including refrigerator and stove. Neither were ever done or attempted. seemed to concentrate on floors and bathrooms - barely touched anything else.

The ladies did a good job. The floors turned out beautiful! There was a miscommunication between the cleaners on what was finished but the owner was great and understanding about the issue. I received a refund for services.

Ginger from Anytime Cleaning Services came to my home last week for a deep clean that was outstanding to say the least. She was able to accommodate my schedule and was here early. She is very friendly and the job she did was amazing. I set up a bi-weekly clean and I know it will always be perfect and just the way I like it.

I hired Anytime Cleaning to clean my house which we had cleaned ourselves up to that point. I felt like we had let the house go as we just got too busy to regularly keep up with the cleaning, and was almost embarrassed to have someone see it in the condition that it was in, as normally we are very neat people. We have two dogs that shed terribly and there was dog hair EVERYWHERE. We had done minimal cleaning in the bathrooms to get by, but all four of them were in dire need of attention. Our hardwood floors were dull and dusty and our tile floors were simply dirty because we had not mopped them for a long time. I called Ginger at Anytime Cleaning because of all the positive reviews on Angies list. She and Laura arrived and were as pleasant as could be and quickly got to work. I was there when they were cleaning and genuinely enjoyed their company while they were here. And let me tell you, they cleaned superbly. When they were done, my bathrooms sparkled, all my furniture shined as well as my hardwood floors. I originally gave Ginger a list of what I wanted done and they completed eveything and then some! There was not a piece of dog hair to be found on the floors, on the upholstery or on my carpeted steps when they finished. Our stove was pretty disgusting with baked on debris and and weeks of cooking without cleaning, but Ginger managed to get it so clean, it looked new again. Both Ginger and Laura paid close attention to what they were doing and were very meticulous. I saw them several times go back over something to make sure it was all the way clean. Besides doing a fabulous job, these two ladies are wonderful people, honest and kind and sincerely concerned that you are happy with their work. They will do anything to please you and will do it cheerfully! I am so thrilled that I found Ginger and Laura and made sure that they put me on their regular schedule from here on out!

This was so disappointing, and I still can't believe what happened. I called Ginger about the Angie's List deep-cleaning special, $249 for a 2000 sq-ft house including inside of refrigerator and oven and cleaning around furniture, cabinets, countertops, floors, etc. The offer specifically said, "Deep cleaning services include: cleaning the blinds, base boards, window sills, ceiling fans, and other high dusting." I told her we were preparing a 1700-sq-ft, 1-story house for sale and that it was completely empty. I asked how much for the main floor plus the 1700-sq-ft basement. She said that because the building was empty (including no refrigerator), she would charge $269. She suggested a Sunday appointment only a few days away. I hadn't asked for a rush appointment, but I was thrilled that it was so soon. I paid in advance with a credit card. Ginger arrived on time with a teenaged helper, saying another teenager would be joining them. The house was extremely dirty, but again, no clutter or objects to move around. I said she should vacuum the carpets, mop the kitchen and foyer floors, do the high cleaning (there were a TON of 6- to 12-inch-long dirty, black dustwebs hanging from the ceiling), scrub the bathrooms, and do all the other dusting and cleaning described in the ad in both the main floor and basement. She thanked me for having been honest about the size of the house and commented again that because the house was empty, it would be easy. She texted me 5.5 hours later that they were almost finished. I arrived at the house 20 minutes later and couldn't believe my eyes. The black dustwebs still hung from the ceilings in plain sight. The kitchen and foyer floors were still dirty, including footprints. Ginger said they had cleaned them, but then they'd done them first and should have done them last. (What kind of cleaning pro doesn't know you clean top to bottom?) The carpets had been vacuumed, but there was still plenty of debris on them, visible to the naked eye. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned. The basement steps still had black dustwebs clearly hanging from them. The area where the refrigerator had been was clean, and that was the only indication I could see that anything had been done. I was reciting all of this as I walked through the house. Ginger said she'd been working in the basement and had believed her teenage helpers (both relatives) when they'd said they were finished upstairs. I said the interior windows hadn't been cleaned. She said she'd done them herself. I ran my fingers over them and felt that dry grimy grit that dirty windows have on them. I said well, they don't feel clean. She said she'd stay and do more. By this time it was after 7 pm, and I said no, she would have to come back. She said she'd come back the next day with "an adult," her business partner, and redo the job. She commented that she hadn't had a day off in 5 weeks. I hadn't asked her to rush the appointment, so this was no excuse. She said she shouldn't have brought kids. Again, not my idea. She said she and her partner would come back the next day at 1 pm. Later she texted me, saying, "I just wanted to take a minute to apologize. You have every right to be unsatisfied and I thank you for at least allowing me to return to finish, instead of just writing me off and leaving a bad review. I really appreciate your kindness." I texted back, "I appreciate your wanting to make it right. Here's to a fresh start!" The next day at 1 pm her partner, Laura, arrived at the house. I showed Laura around the house, pointing out the problems. I said this wasn't white-glove-test stuff. It was all obvious to the naked eye, and there was a lot of it. She seemed embarrassed and said they'd take care of it. Ginger didn't arrive for at least 45 minutes. She texted me at 1:35 saying she was stuck in a rainstorm. Four hours later, Ginger texted me that they were almost finished. As soon as I walked in, I spotted a dirty black dustweb hanging in plain sight. Laura batted at it. She commented there had been an awful lot of them. I said, yes, and this was why I bought a DEEP CLEAN. Ginger commented that they were really high and hard to reach. The offer specifically says HIGH CLEANING. I walked through the house. It was a lot better, but it still didn't look like it had been professionally cleaned. The windows felt clean, but they were smeared. The bathrooms didn't look like they'd been touched. Ginger said she'd cleaned them herself. I pointed out that there was still a ring in the master bath toilet. Ginger said, "Those don't come out." Then she went into the bathroom, knelt at the toilet, and with the tip of her scrub brush SCRAPED AWAY THE ENTIRE RING IN 5 SECONDS. She acted as though there was nothing wrong with this picture. She recommended a rust remover for the other bathroom toilet, which was still dirty as well. At this point, I realized this was as good as it was going to get and didn't see any point in dragging it out. I told them it was better but I was still really disappointed, but that they could go. The next day I came back and realized I was so focused on the master-bath toilet that I hadn't noticed that the empty medicine cabinet and vanity hadn't been cleaned and that there was a thick layer of dust on the light fixture and wall behind the toilet. I took video of the bathrooms and will post it to my YouTube channel if any of this is disputed by Ginger and Laura. I also have screen shots of the text messages I can post. I'd prefer not to spend any more time on this experience, but I will if I have to. You'll notice I gave them D's instead of F's for responsiveness and professionalism. This is because they behaved in a civil manner as I was giving my critique, and they did come back the next day, although I'm hard-pressed to say why took 5 people about 10 hours to get the result they did. Ginger said she's been in business for 20 years. $269 is a really good price for 5 people for 10 hours if they do a good job, but if they can't do a good job for that price, it really isn't a good price, is it? Fortunately, we were selling the house as-is, and therefore a spotless house wasn't required, although it is what I paid Anytime Cleaning for. The house sold very quickly, and now it's the new owners' problem. But I'm still mystified by this entire experience. Why hadn't Ginger checked the teens' work before she called? Why, knowing I wasn't going to settle for a bad job, didn't Ginger and Laura do a better job the next day? Why did Ginger lie (yes, she lied) about cleaning the bathrooms and windows when I had shown I didn't believe her? How could she just keep saying they'd done the work when it was obvious to any sighted person they hadn't? Yes, the house was filthy, but you don't buy a deep clean for a house that just needs a normal cleaning. And, I'll say it once again, COMPLETELY EMPTY.

They did a great job. At all times that I have communicated with her, Ginger has remained very professional and prompt in responding, and her teammate, Laura, who came to clean was very professional, courteous, and a diligent worker while she was here. Laura dusted things that if I were dusting I would have overlooked, and she even cleaned under smaller floor mats and runners that I would not have thought about cleaning under. Needless to say, I am not a professional cleaner and she is! I will definitely hire them again to do periodic house cleaning!

From the moment Ginger and Laura arrived I knew everything was going to run smooth. Both were extremely professional and you could tell they work together great together. I asked for extra attention on my kitchen and master bath and they went boyond my expectations . Thank you Angie's list for helping me find my new monthly housecleaners.

Co-Worker broke a crystal bowl. The owner completed the cleaning and that same day. Yes same day she replaced it with another more beautiful than the first. Hire her again!!!!!!

It went well for the most part, however there were some items left undone or incomplete. We were getting the house ready for sale. The entire place was empty of furniture, wall hangings, everything. New carpet had just been installed, the entire place painted, including most of the baseboards. What we needed Anytime to do was come in, clean up the remaining items and help make it sparkle for pictures and showings. Honestly, it started out really well. The owner called me while traveling from the airport to let me know she got my voice mail message and that she would contact me later when she had her appointment book to schedule a time. Very professional! She helped me find a time to come out and do the deep clean before pictures would be taken. Very accommodating! She communicated with me throughout and I was encouraged. The day of the clean, however, I explained that we needed the bathrooms done, the kitchen, and the deep clean we needed was to help with dusting ceiling fans, cleaning window blinds and tracks, some of the doors, etc. The oven was new and unused so it didn't need any attention. They came, spent a good amount of time with 2 people to get it done. We had to leave to go to storage and asked them to just shut the door behind them and thanked them for their service. When we came back excitedly to see the house, we found that the ceiling fan in the kitchen hadn't been dusted, there were still finger prints on the stainless appliances in the kitchen, there was dirt on the kitchen floor and laundry area, and a bar counter in the basement still had some drywall dust on it from patchwork that was done. It hadn't been addressed at all. The bathrooms looked really good, but the shower had been re-grouted and the tiles were gritty. Wiping them with your bare hands revealed grout dust and grit, so it wasn't apparently touched apart from the glass cleaned. I saw one of the ladies cleaning the drawer slides in the kitchen and they got a lot of doors really good, but seemed to miss a couple. The blinds looked great, but there was dirt and dead bugs still in a couple of tracks. So overall, they are very professional, very responsive, did some things very well, but missed enough that it didn't seem we got our money's worth from the $249 price we paid considering they didn't need to do much at all in the living areas. Also it was the end of a very difficult day for both ladies, so in all fairness they may have just been really tired and ready to call it a day.

They were fantastic!. On time, managed to do everything on my list, were professional and did a thorough and exceptional job. I would have them back in a heart beat.
