The cleaners arrived promptly, were extremely thorough, and did a great job. They were professional, friendly, and cheerful throughout, and (best of all) didn't waste any time getting right to work. This was a relatively last-minute request, in preparation for staging our house, so the timing was critical and perfectly suited our needs. Communication was thorough and flexible (text and email to notify us of arrival times). We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the service provided.

Full disclosure-house cleaner was to arrive at 10:00 a.m. & arrived @ 9:54 a.m. We were 8 minutes late. We were late because we dropped our dogs off to be groomed so they’d be out of the house while they cleaned. We were late because we had to fill out a bunch of paperwork because it was their first time being groomed there. The service was supposed to be 4 hours but the owner sent a person who could only stay 3 hours because she had to get back to Belleville to pick up her kids, which wasn’t her fault. The service provided was substandard-hardwood floors which she said she cleaned had spots & foot prints all over them, the TV & stand in master bedroom weren’t dusted, ALL stainless steel appliances in kitchen have streaks across them, the granite countertops had sticky remains from spills because they weren’t washed with soap/surface cleaner first. We had to ask her to re-clean the master bedroom shower door because it was dirty. And, after she left, we found toilet bowl cleaner left in front bathroom toilet. Then, the owner sent a text accusing us of being a half hour late which simply isn’t true. She actually called me at 9:54 to let me know the house cleaner was at our home & I apologized & told her we’d gotten delayed & would be there within 10 minutes. Her text also falsely accused us of asking the house cleaner to wait outside while we ran an errand which, quite simply did NOT happen! We received a call telling us our dogs were ready to be picked up. What my husband asked her was how much longer was she going to be because our dogs were ready to be picked up. If it was going to be much longer, I was going to go pick them up & he would stay & wait for her to finish. She was close to being finished so we waited. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLEANING SERVICE.

We hired them to do a one time cleaning and have kept them coming on a bi-weekly basis. Efficient, courteous, and reasonably priced. Would recommend

Well. Came on time and stayed the 3 hours

We were disappointed with the service provided by Anytime Cleaning Services, especially given the excellent ratings history. We purchased one of Angie’s Deals - 3 hours of cleaning for $79. First it took two weeks to schedule the appointment, then at 5:00 the night before the appointment (12/12 @ 1:30), Ginger called to re-schedule the appointment time for 10:00 the next morning. Upon arrival, my wife shows Ginger around and points out what we’d like to have done – 1st level floors, kitchen counters, appliances (inside and out), small half-bath, and 2nd floor bathroom. My wife asked Ginger if she felt she could get everything done within the three hour period – she said that it shouldn’t be a problem. At 1:00, Ginger said she was leaving and was insistent about leaving – she didn’t give my wife a status of the work, perform a walkthrough, or comment in anyway. My wife did not get a chance to inspect the work before Ginger left (since she was insistent on leaving) because she had scheduled all her phone meetings and conference calls during the morning based on the original 1:30 afternoon meeting time. As she walked around, it was clear to my wife that many areas had not been touched – the inside of the microwave, the inside of the stove, the range hood or the filters (which had been removed for Ginger and placed on the counter), the sink and faucet in the half-bath and nothing in the 2nd floor bathroom. If Ginger didn’t have time to get to these areas she should have informed my wife of that and she certainly should not have accepted the $40 tip my wife gave her as she was leaving. Maybe it was a bad day, but based on our experience we cannot recommend Anytime Cleaning Services nor would we hire them again.

Ginger did a fine job. She was respectful of the cleaning agents I preferred and worked at a steady pace.

They were friendly and professional and did a fine job. I would be glad to have them again. I noticed later that they had not emptied the trash can which surprised me. I would have asked if I had noticed before they left and it could have been an oversight.

Things went fine. The service provider was found to be professional with an outgoing personality. I enjoyed meeting her. More time would have been helpful to me for more in-depth cleaning.

It was ok. Ladies were Very nice and did everything I asked for. I was their second job of the day & they were out of swiffers & mop heads.

BAD REVIEW for a BAD JOB. They will not refund because I was loud and threaten with (1) a poor review, (2) dispute card charge and (3) involve Angie's List. I'm guilty. They are guilty of a TERRIBLE JOB and POOR SERVICE. Beware clean freaks and Happy Thanksgiving to all.

It went well. Linda and Melissa were friendly, professional and fast. I will enjoy working with them again.

The women who came out from Anytime Cleaning were fantastic! They arrived promptly and worked continuously for the 2 hours I had paid for. They did an amazing job on an especially hard to clean bathroom and the other areas were done equally well. They were so kind and had no problem working around my dog who wanted to play. This will be the 1st place I call when I need my home cleaned again.

They were wonderful and flexible with us. Our movers had stood us up the day before, so we were not fully moved out. They had to work around us, and they were great about it.

I'm very happy with the work provided by Ginger. She was professional, friendly and attentive to my requests and did a great job of cleaning. I would definitely use her services again in the future. (My cats liked her too!)

Ginger did a fantastic job for us. We gave some general direction and left her to her work - our house has never looked or smelled better. She was punctual, friendly, and thorough. Although our Angie's List deal was a one-time discount, we plan on keeping her on for regular cleanings.

2 Women came, the owner and another girl that was dressed in women's lingerie and acted depressed or on drugs. They worked slow and just seemed to move dirt around. While they were there they kept talking to the other worker in the house asking about his scraping tools. My wife told me not to pay them because of such a terrible job. The owner kept texting me for payment then threatened to sue so I paid to shut her up. She has tattoos and very nasty person. Oh, and then she told me I was creepy. Very bad experience.

On time, worked hard. Friendly. The only reason I didn't give excellent overall is bc there was a white residue on shower walls. Shower floor was great. Stainless steel refrig door was sorta filmy too. I did notice before they finished that the granite countertops did not shine, filmy too. They corrected that very willingly before finishing up. Overall very good , next time will check everything before they leave. They totally finished my list.

The two ladies who came to my home were fantastic! They worked hard, were very thorough, and very friendly. I would definitely hire them again.

There was a lot to do and Ginger stayed a little late to get it done.

I haven't received the services I paid for yet. The person managing the scheduling was having lots of problems and could find time for my project so I told them that we can wait until things calm down on their end and we can try in a week or two. I haven't hear back from them. I would like to have an opportunity to rate their services once the services have been provided. I'm sure they are good at what they do so I don't want to give them an unfair review without seeing it but so far the first impression has been poor

My master bath has marble walls and they were not cleaned properly. When I ran my hand over them they you could feel soap scum. I have a photo of the Mr. Clean Scrubbing pad I used on only one wall in the shower that I will post. The other thing I wasn't happy with is the toilet in the hall. The shower has only been used 3 times since we had the house built so it was okay, just needed dusting. But the toilet under the rim wasn't clean. Pictures of that also. The floors were done pretty good all except one corner there was stuff left that could have been swept up.
