More detail would have been appreciated. They did not stay and clean for the entire four hours, leaving after two and half hours.

Blinds were done very well. Very satisfied. Dusting was sporadic and each room. My husbands bedroom was hardly touched. He was very unhappy .Vacuuming was okay. Ginger was very nice and very professional. Need to tell customer what will not be done on certain tasks.

Overall the experience was great. They were accommodating of my schedule. I believe the original deal that I purchased was for up to 6 hours worth of service. There were 2 ladies that showed up and performed 2.5 hours worth of work. The deep cleaning service is supposed to include the blinds and window sills but those items did not appear to have been dusted. Also, the light fixtures in the bathrooms did not appear to have been dusted. Everything else was great.

I'd been out of town for weeks, and then came back and was swamped at work and didn't clean anything at home myself once I bought the coupon and knew help was on the way. I love the way the house is all clean and I didn't have to spend days doing it myself. They were a terrific team, and I'll definitely use them again. Thank you! You did a wonderful job, and I appreciate it.

The lady, Laura, was very professional and prompt. In fairness, we had just arrived home from a three-week trip, so we had a lot of clutter. I asked Laura to vacuum the upstairs, along with cleaning the bathrooms. She came downstairs and said she had finished upstairs, but when I asked if she had vacuumed all of the bedrooms, she responded that she did not do the ones that had closed doors, so I sent her back up, again. After three of the four hours we had paid for, she kept saying she was finished and asked if there was anything else we needed, but when I looked around, there were a lot of things left to do. For instance, she did not clean the inside of the microwave, the entryway, nor the glass in the downstairs bathroom. At my request, she did clean the kitchen light and sliding glass door, but they were both badly streaked and I didn't think she had done the light. Some of this is probably due to the fact that I didn't have a list for her, and she didn't seem that she knew what to clean. Overall, a good experience, though.

Ginger is friendly, prompt, and professional. She keeps our house fresh and clean. She does an excellent job of cleaning and is exceptionally careful with our things. We couldn't be happier. We would recommend Anytime Cleaning to anyone. Scheduling is a breeze and they work with us as our schedule changes, very easy to work with.

Very well! We had a delay moving out due to a no-show moving company, and so we were moving out as they were cleaning. They were very flexible!

My husband bought me a 4 hour package for a Mother's Day gift. I added two extra hours, so I could get some deep cleaning. done The owner showed up at my door right on time on the day I scheduled for them to come. She had a Starbucks coffee in her hand for me as a special surprise to treat me along with my "Mother's Day" cleaning present. It was such a nice personal touch. She and the two young ladies did a fantastic job cleaning my home. I was very happy with everything. It was so nice to have my home looking so clean. I was able to enjoy my vacation without having to worry about cleaning my home. I would highly recommend Anytime Cleaning Services. They did an excellent job cleaning my home.

I asked to have windows, window seals, kitchen, base boards, trim, bathroom cleaned. After looking at the windows. Where you unlock the windows were not touched. The baseboards in the kitchen was not touched. Unfortunately, I'm going to have someone else clean.
