 + -1 moreALL OF THE SALES FOLKS AT THE STORE WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND WORKED WITH US AS WE WENT THROUGH THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS FOR SELECTING OUR CARPETING. OUR MAIN CONTACT WAS NANCY DIETEL AND SHE WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, PROVIDE INFORMATION, ETC. WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR INSTALLATION, WE WROTE THE WRONG DATE ON OUR CALENDAR AND MISSED THE INSTALLER AT OUR HOME. NANCY AND THE INSTALLER WERE VERY PATIENT WITH US AND RESCHEDULED US FOR THE NEXT DAY. THE NICE THING ABOUT THE SALES FOLKS AT ADVANCE CARPET ONE IS THAT THEY WORK TOGETHER. WHILE OUR PRIME CONTACT WAS NANCY DIETEL, ALL OF THE OTHER SALES FOLKS WERE VERY WILLING TO HELP US YET THE ACTUAL SALE CREDIT WAS GIVEN TO NANCY WITH NO HARD FEELINGS BY THE OTHER SALES STAFF.
