I have been using them for 7 years. The owner came out and was very professional. Once you call for an appointment, he is there quickly. He knows what he is doing and the best thing is that he absolutely stands behind all of his work. I highly recommend.

No other plumber was able to get the problem solved and when he came he got it taken care of and both of them working again. I am very happy with them and how quickly he was able to resolve the problem.

I was pleasantly surprised that I called one morning and they came out that afternoon. It turned out it had a clogged drain pipe and he was able to fix it within 45 minutes or so. He waited and let me clean behind it when it was pulled out and was careful to put it back and clean up after himself. He was very good and professional.

I called about the middle of the morning and left a message. The technician called me back about 35 minutes later and asked where I lived. He said he would be out there in about 25 minutes. I was at the store shopping and had to finish quick to get home in time. I was thrilled with how quick he responded and what a great job he did!

I almost just bought a new dishwasher. I'm glad I didn't because they were able to fix it a lot cheaper that I could have replaced it. He really knew his stuff and was very friendly. He is good.

I called Behren's Appliance Service and received a phone call back in approximately 20 minutes. He scheduled an appointment for the next day and gave us a range of time that he would be there. He called before he arrived. He fixed the washer in about 30 minutes and there was no mess. I felt that he was fair on his price and easy to deal with. I would definitely use him again!

Mr. Behrens knew what he was doing and had the part on his truck. He took less than half an hour to fix the problem.

George came out to assess the situation and quickly realized we needed a circuit board in our microwave. He said he would order it and be able to replace it in less than a week. My wife mentioned the ice maker wasn't working, and under the same service fee, he was able to fix that. He set up an appointment for a few days later with the circuit board. He also replaced a light in the microwave.

Mr. Behrens returned my phone call right away, showed up on time, made an assessment of the problem, and fixed my refrigerator quickly. He also answered my many questions about appliance quality in a way that suggests that he really knows what he is talking about. If we need an appliance fixed again we will absolutely call Mr. Behrens again.

Our power had gone out and our deep freeze wouldn't get cold enough after the power came back on, so he checked it out. He actually showed up about an hour early and we weren't really ready for him, but he did call prior to showing up. He looked at it and said the freon likely had leaked out and it would make more sense to just get a new one because of the cost. I guess in a way he didn't really do anything besides look at it and give us a bill. I'm not sure if he should have checked it more thoroughly or not. I'm not sure how to grade him in price.

He is very reliable and courteous. He is very honest and makes suggestions that save you money. He is also reasonably priced.

He was wonderful, came out the very next day. He had to order a part and came back today to put in on (hose). He cleaned up very well after himself. He was very professional, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Behren's answering machine says that he will endeavor to return all calls within 45 minutes. He returned mine within a half hour. We scheduled the work for "late morning" and he phoned at 11:15 to say he was on his way within 15 minutes. He completed the job in less than 45 minutes. He was courteous and professional from start to finish. The low price was a pleasant surprise. I don't remember exactly how much the repair cost the last time I had the coupler fixed, but I know it was at least twice as much as he charged. I told him I'd found him through Angie's List and that I especially appreciated how quickly he returned my initial phone call. He responded, "I try". And a repair person who tells you what to do so you won't need to call him again gets a gold star in my book!

He said it wasn't the oven, it was the electrical breaker. He said I needed to hire an electrician. He didn't charge me. He returned my call within 1 hour. I was very impressed.

Mr. Behrens was very punctual, even early. He completed both repairs within 45 minutes. He was very quiet, but pleasant.

He called me back within 30 minutes of my calling him. He was very cordial and helpful. I really appreciate his suggestions and will definitely have Mr. Behrens repair any large appliances in the future. This was my first experience with Angie's List. Thanks.

He was very timely and did an excellent job. His pricing was very reasonable.

My call was returned within 1 hour & George was at my house an hour after that. He was punctual, polite, & seemed very knowledgeable.

OWNER IS REPAIRMAN. RETURNED CALL PROMPTLY (WITH IN 1/2 HOUR). WAS ABLE TO COME ONE DAY AFTER CALL. NOT ONLY DID HE FIX PROBLEM, BUT HE MADE GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING LOCATION OF DRYER VENT WHICH SHOULD HELP DRYER EFFICIENCY AFTER WE RE LOCATE VENT.

GEORGE WAS VERY QUICK ABOUT RETURNING MY CALLS & VERY QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM ON THE INITIAL VISIT. HE CAME BACK WITH THE APPROPRIATE PARTS & FIXED THE DOOR IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME HE HAD SAID IT WOULD TAKE. THE COST ALSO CAME OUT TO BE THE AMOUNT THAT HE HAD THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. BOTH TIMES HE CAME HE SHOWED UP EXACTLY ON TIME. THE OVEN DOOR WORKS GREAT NOW!

I CALLED AT 8AM THAT MORNING & LEFT A VOICE MAIL. MY MESSAGE WAS RETURNED WITHIN 30 MINUTES & A VISIT WAS PROMISED THAT AFTERNOON. THE REPAIR MAN CALLED ABOUT 12:30 AND WAS AT MY HOUSE IN 20 MINUTES. HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND UP FRONT ABOUT THE COST AND THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH MY OPTIONS. THE COST OF THE REPAIR ENDED UP BEING LESS THEN HE ANTICIPATED. HE WAS VERY POLITE, EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

GEORGE WAS PROMPT, ACCOMMODATING OF MY BUSY WORK SCHEDULE AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB.

RETURNED INITIAL CALL IN LESS THAN A MINUTE. ARRIVED PROMPTLY THE NEXT MORNING. WAS THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY.

IT WAS A DRAIN PROBLEM, SO HE WASN'T ABLE TO FIX IT. HE JUST CHARGED THE SERVICE CALL.
