Called and left a detailed message. His voice message says calls are returned within 45 minutes. Wow how about that for promptness! He returned my call in about 15 minutes. No pleasantries. Just asked me what I needed done. Told him I have a dishwasher that needs repair. He asked the make and I told him it was an LG. He informed me that he does not work on LG dishwashers. Pretty much the end of the conversation. Cant say he was pleasant to talk to just direct and to the point. No sorry I cant help you but keep me in mind for the future. I felt like I was wasting his time.

He was truthful, on time and punctual. He tried to balance the washer but there was no issue there. He found that the issue was the break mechanism in the washer and explained that the part was expensive and I should put that money towards a new washer. I told him that I would most likely do that. He also explained that it wouldn't hurt anything by making the noise and that it was fine to continue to use the washer. I appreciated his honesty.

I called Behrens on a Tuesday afternoon and left a message. George Behrens called back within the hour and we made an appointment for him to come to my home 2 days later. Two kitchen appliances required attention: the cooktop vent, which was stuck in the "up" position and would not retract as it is supposed to, and the refrigerator ice maker which was producing ice shards rather than ice cubes. George arrived at the scheduled time and was able to get both appliances back in good working order within the hour and a half or so he was there. Both repairs were completed and the appliances now function as they are supposed to. I think the $175 charge for his services was fair and reasonable.

Mr. Behrens responded quickly to my initial call. He immediately identified the resolution from my problem description. He told me where I could locate the information that he needed to obtain the replace part. He procured the part the next day, and was able to complete the installation the day after that (based on my schedule). Mr. Behrens showed up at our scheduled appointment time and very quickly removed and replaced the non-working part with the new one. He was very courteous and engaging in the quarter hour that it took him for the replacement. I immediately called my brother and referred Mr. Behrens for his future appliance repair needs.

I got a very quick call back from A Behren's and they were able to schedule a visit the same day. He quickly determined that the appliance was working fine, but that the sewer stack was backed up and he could not help.

I was very pleased with his willingness to speak with me even though it was ulikely that he would see any profit from the conversation. In the event that I require appliance repair in the future, I would unhesitatingly call Behrens first. In the meantime, since the reboot didn't work, and since this is my second disappointment with Kitchen Aid dishwashers, (the first caught fire while in operation!) I will probably follow George's advice and shop for his recommended brand).

Their excellent rating is well deserved, very quick to make an appointment, prompt, efficient, and excellent price. I would readily recommend their services to anyone in need of appliance repair.

Gerorge was prompt and professional. We didn't have to wait days for a part and the oven was back in working order in the same day. We would definitely use his services again.

He came on time and did the job. The freezer fan needed to be replaced. Didn't try to upsell. When the freezer didn't work still later that week, he came the next day and fixed it again. With no additional charge for time or parts.

Dryer hadn't been used for 3-4 years - friend thought it was impaired, took it apart; Mr. Behrens put it back together, works fine.

George Behrens responded to my call. He arrived early within the agreed upon time window. He was very professional and fair.

He is always on time. He is honest and does an excellent job. If you have a problem and call him he will try to help you over the phone before coming out. I would definitely recommend him to others.

My washing machine was not changing cycles and water continued to run. The technician found the problem right away and fixed it. It did not require any additional parts. He explained in detail how it happened and what he did to fix the problem. So far I have not had any additional issues.

I called Mr. Behrens and left a message on his answering machine. He called me back within the hour and had me describe what the problem was. He told me where to find the model number of my washer, I gave it to him and he said he would call me back. He called back quickly and said he could get the part and fix it. I set up a date and time (very early) on my day off which was a Thursday. I was thrilled he could come early so my day wouldn't be spent waiting for a repairman. He came right on the dot, fixed the problem quickly, i paid him and he left. It was a bit more expensive then I thought it would be but I've paid out money to other service people who failed to do a repair correctly and I just end up paying twice. I will definitely call him again if I need anything repaired!!!!! Before he came it took literally HOURS for me to do one load of laundry. Now the water fills in seconds and I'm able to do several loads in that same time period. It's like going from a trickle to Niagara Falls. He came, he fixed, he left, it works. What more could I ask for????

My Kenmore frontloader washer began making a loud banging noise. I contacted this company which was highly rated. Glad I did. George knew what likely was causing the problem. He came prepared with the necessary parts. It looked like a pain to install so I was glad I hired someone to do it for me. He took about 50 minutes to install the shocks. He tested the washer to ensure it worked. No mess to clean up. Real nice guy.

I called for help with my washing machine. I was told by the gentleman that he couldn't take my call and needed to call me back in a few minutes. I was a little annoyed at first, but he did call right back. After I explained my problem he gave me advice on how I could probably fix it myself and even told me where to get the parts. It really wasn't that hard to fix, but he could have easily come on out and charged me for a service call and then got an easy job out of it too. I appreciated his honesty and free advice.

I left a message for George, who called back within a few minutes and came over right away. I really appreciated how quickly and competently he worked. He was friendly and professional.

A Behrens Appliance Service Inc. took care of the problem. My wife was not upset with the charge. He did a fine job.

Overall expeierence was very good and worth the time to track him down using Angie's.

Called Behrens to fix a washing machine, but he informed us that it would cost approximately $500 to fix and the unit was already over 15 years old, we decided to replace it. He charged only for a service call. We appreciated his advice and professionalism.
