Great service, identified the problem, fix it and stood behind their repairs.

Called 12/14/12 around 10:00 am. They were here by 11:00 am. Service man look at the lamp and said it was defective., he also said that the set needed vaccuming and he would have to take it to the shop. They took my Samsung 50 inch TV into the shop and replaced the lamp and vaccumed the TV. They also told me that the lighjt tunnel is weak and would eventually go out. They said to wait for it to go out because the price of a new TV would be less than the price for fixing it. My TV was returned to me by 3:00pm that afternoon. The people I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgable.

A-1 Antenna TV Service Co. responded to our request to pick up and service an older Panasonic 3-in-1 television. They responded quickly and, using two men, lifted the heavy set down from it's shoulder-height perch, carried it down two flights of stairs and out the door (which required carrying the set down two additional sets of outdoor stairs.) Within a few days, the set was repaired, returned and set back on it's position on top of an antique piece of furniture. The repair is complete, the television is fully functional, and the service are far beyond what we expected. Now we know who to call when television repairs are necessary.

They kept me up to date on the repair during the whole process. Very reasonably priced and professional.

I've been going here for years and these guys are better than any other place I have found in St. Louis. They are a bit out of the way for me, but the trip is well worth it. They seem to be able to repair just about anything I take them.

I would highly recommend them. Their quality of service stands out to me. The overall experience was excellent. The quality of work and price were excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. I used them repeatedly and would use them again.

I went to the store location and discussed the viability of moving from cable to antenna. They convinced me I would get good reception in my area, Olivette. the service installer arrived on time and did an excellent job of connecting my TV's to the antenna. He was very professional and gave me all the details of what work needed to be done. The cost for installation and the antennae came right on the estimate of $300. Both the picture and sound quality are much improved from what I was getting from Charter Cable. I get all the channels I need. I will recover the cost in about 3 months through reduced payments to Charter. I am very pleased.

I called in the morning and the team arrived within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time. They diagnosed the problem and corrected it.

Called A-1, made the appointment for that same afternoon. Actually talked to the owner, Joe McMillian. Technician arrived on time, in fact, he called and wanted to come early. At first the TV appeared normal but after a few moments and checking multiple settings on the remote the tech recreated the problem. It needed some type of part which he had with him. He changed it and the unit works great. This is the way service calls should go. Make an appointment, tech arrives on time, makes the repair, pay, then go on to the next challenge in life.

A1 provided outstanding service at a good price. They sent a technician to my house to diagnose the problem on Monday. He coulnd't quite pinpoint it so he had my TV picked up and taken to thier shop the next day. They had a high volume of repairs that week and were not able to get to my TV until Friday morning. They called early Friday with an estimate of the repairs and had the TV fixed and delivered back to my house that afternoon. The tech that deliverd the TV connected it back up to the cable and surround sound and confirmed that it worked before he left. I would gladly use A1 again.

My experience with them was good. I used them twice. They were on time. They fixed the problem. I would recommend them to others and use them again in the future.

I am pleased that they fixed the television. It worked like new afterwards. I believe they were out within a few days. I thought the labor rate was high however, as I think the labor was marked around $200 and my wife said they were only there about an hour. This is a television repairman not a surgeon :( And no they could not have just marked up the part that much because I check part prices on the Internet afterwards.

They came out and in an hour replaced a chip set, cleaned the lenses and gave the TV an overall tuneup. The repairman was very polite and assured me that this was a common problem with sets of this age. By the time he left the picture was superb...better than new. I highly recommend them. I also recently requested a quote from them for voice and data wiring for my new office, and Jerry in the office was very honest and frank in telling me that the competing bid was a very good deal.

I was very satisfied! I would call him again.

Called ahead to describe that my 27" Toshiba had lost its horizontal feature. Of course, no more buttons for this problem. Technician told me up front the price just to look at the set and allowed me to set a "fix it or junk it" price. Loaded the TV in the car and took it in. Technician listened carefully to my analysis of problems, took my information and stated it would be about a week to get it fixed. Called three days early that it was ready and about $30 under the fix it or junk it price. Very honest and knowledgeable staff.

The work was performed in the time estimated. This was a particularly busy time with many repairs needed because of a storm in our area. They were very helpful, and when we had a minor adjustment they were willing to correct it at our home. We had taken the set in, so this was above and beyond their policy. The estimate for the work was reasonable compared to another repair shop.

Arrived on time and analyzed the problem. I was told that the set needed a new vertical output. I was also told at this time that the service call would be $98.00. However, I distinctly remember the woman I set the appointment with saying the service charge would be $50.00. In any case, I was told by the service man that the total cost to repair my set would be $272.00 but the $98.00 would be subtracted from that amount. Since $272.00 is still cheaper than a new 32'' TV set, I agreed. He said he would order the part and call me when it came in. As it turned out, they had the part in stock and he returned the next day. The part cost me $31.75. The set was repaired and so far seems to be "good as new".

WONDERFUL. THE TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME, EFFICIENT, DOUBLE-CHECKED THE INSTALLATION, TWEAKED IT AND CLEANED UP. WE NOW GET ALL THE BASIC CHANNELS BEAUTIFULLY! WISH WE'D DONE IT YEARS AGO, AS WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING THROUGH BLIZZARDS TO WATCH TV.

THE ESTIMATE WAS ORIGINALLY $180 AND WE WERE ADVISED TO HAVE IT REPAIRED. A-1 HAD OUR TV MORE THAN A MONTH. EACH TIME WE CALLED WE WERE TOLD THEY HAD TO ORDER A (ANOTHER) PART. FINALLY, WE WERE TOLD IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE REPAIR THEY HAD TO ORDER A NEW ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOARD. THE TOTAL COST OF THE REPAIR AT THIS POINT WAS $387, AT WHICH TIME WE TOLD THEM TO FORGET IT. DURING THE MONTH-PLUS THE TV WAS IN THEIR SHOP THE ONLY TIME WE WERE CALLED WAS WITH THE INITIAL ESTIMATE AND THEY ONLY RETURNED CALLS WHEN WE CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS CAUSING THE DELAY. I HONESTLY CANNOT SAY WHETHER OR NOT WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AS THE REPAIR WAS NOT COMPLETED AND WE DON'T KNOW IF THEIR WORK IS GOOD OR NOT.
