Two young men in uniforms arrived as scheduled, sized up the job and explained the pricing. They were very courteous throughout, and filled the truck within about two hours. I will be using them again.

Excellent service. My normal garbage service would not take the item and told me it would be about two weeks before they could send out a special truck to pick it up. I called 1-800-got-junk that morning and it was gone by the afternoon.

The team was on time - early in fact. They had a 1/3 load from an earlier job and explained the maximum they could charge to fill up their truck. Then, they went out of their way to fill it with our junk so that they didn't have to inconvenience us or charge us more. They even asked about an item to be sure I wanted to dispose of it.

The job went very well. I offered to cut them up and make them smaller but he said he would take care of everything, throw them in the truck, and clean up.

I thought it was expensive, but they took the bricks away quickly and were very professional.

Scheduling was super easy on-line. They sent an email confirmation and called about 3o min. before they arrived. Two very clean cut guys arrived and efficiently picked up the items. We were charged $50 less than the approximate estimate. This company was fabulous!

Everything went well. Team: Junk Busters came in to a garage that had not been cleaned out in 30 years. Dirty and messy they worked hard and made a tough job easy. The two men were friendly, caring and worked fast. I own a service business where we put crews into consumer's homes and businesses and the 800-Got-Junk team satisfied my needs. I would hire again. I used a coupon which they gladly accepted with no issue.

Extremely well. Were able to come earlier than scheduled, but did not do so without checking with me and arranging the new time to my convenience. Quick, efficient, pleasant, and neat.

The price was reasonable to me each time. They are extremely professional. They are never dirty and they don't gripe about having to get things.

Very easy to set up next day appointment on internet. They were available early and called to see if I would like them to come sooner. Very polite and professional, even pleasant and funny. Quoted a price first and stuck to it. It seemed like a lot of money but I have nothing to compare it to and they did do all the lifting and neatened up afterwards. They were also careful with the gardens that line my driveway. Very pleased with ease and quality of service.

The representatives came when they said they would and called a half hour before to left me know they were on their way. Both of the men who came were very pleasant, courteous and efficient. I was very pleased with the job and will use this company again.

Workers arrived on time, gave a firm estimate of cost upon seeing the amount of material that needed to be removed. They worked quickly and removed everything they were asked to in a little over an hour.

The men arrived promptly, picked up things from porch and left.

The employees who arrived were prompt and professional. However, they were not able to perform the hauling because of insurance concerns. They were not insured to remove installed cabinets or sinks. This was frustrating because I specifically explained the job to the call center, so it was a waste of mine and the company's time to schedule the appointment.

They happened to have a truck in the area and were there within 30 minutes. The workers were friendly and very helpful. I think they are expensive but I was in a pinch and really had to get the stuff out before closing day on the property. They took everything I needed to get rid of.

I called the 1-800 number and service rep said that piano removal was not a standard hauling job. She called the local franchise to see if this was a job it would do. She reported that the local franchise would call me directly within 24-48 hours to set a time to see the piano and give an estimate. No one ever called to set appointment.

The person who answered the phone and booked the work was Lyle. He was very helpful and polite. They were able to come out on the same day! The 3 guys who arrived, Earl, John, and Steve, were very polite and fast and clean. I will ask for them again personally because they were so nice! They gave me a coupon for $10 off on the next visit too. Superior service!

We booked an appointment on line, which was easy and convenient. We were given a 2 hour window, and they called about 15 minutes beforehand to tell us the exact time they would arrive. We had requested they haul away some wood paneling and other miscellaneous items, all of which were sitting out on the driveway for them to load. When they arrived, they said they could not give us an exact price until they physically picked up the items and put them in the truck, to see how much space they took up. It would be a minimum of $250, but could also be $350 or higher. Given that everything could have easily fit in a pickup truck and was in plain sight, we were very frustrated they could not give us any more specific price (and that it would cost so much when there was literally 5-10 minutes of work to load). So we did not have them do it and had to find another solution.

They were actually very friendly and nice to work with while scheduling on the phone (although a little pushy to make an appointment, rather than just giving information). But, one day before they were to come haul the dirt, someone came to the house because he said "dirt is sometimes tricky". He said that it was too much for a crew of two guys and a shovel, but that he thought he could get a bobcat and he would call me back with a price. He never called back, and I later found out from another service provider that they likely would have borrowed his bobcat.

IT WAS GREAT. I WOULD GET WITH THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, AND THEY REALLY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. IT WAS A NICE SERVICE. THERE WAS NO HASSLE. THEY JUST CAME AND TOOK EVERYTHING AWAY.

The appointment made online was from 10:30AM-12:30PM. Dave called at 10:00AM and said they would be there between 12:00 and 12:30PM. He called again to say that it would be about 12:40PM as they had to dump the load already on the truck before picking up my load. They arrived at 12:40PM. Dave looked at the amount of items and gave an estimate before beginning work. I informed him that I had a coupon. They loaded all items quickly and professionally. The entire process took less than a half hour.

GUYS WERE ON TIME, WORKED IN THE RAIN, AND WERE REALLY FAST LOADING SOME SERIOUSLY HEAVY JUNK. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY CALLED THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT TO SAY THEY DIDN'T HAUL YARD WASTE, AFTER TAKING THE TIME ON THE PREVIOUS DAY TO GO THROUGH ALL THE DETAILS OF ESTABLISHING AN APPOINTMENT.
