Top quality service! On time and will answer any questions and explain it all in great detail? very polite and professional. And yes, they will take photos throughout if you want to see exactly the differences of before and after. I had bought a 1959 home which had never been cleaned. See my before/after photos. Before, I kept having to wipe off my counter tops a few times a day because they always felt gritty. After the duct cleaning, they stay clean now - A HUGE DIFFERENCE! The guys were awesome and went above and beyond by also helping me carry a heavy appliance from upstairs to my basement. Very nice guys! "Hired for a million dollar roofing / patio repair in a 13 unit hi-end townhome community -always MIA on the job site. Our HOA board has threatened legal action due to slow progress. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees. Costing me over $3,000.00 to me-the home owner all while promising to cover all costs. Stay away. Owner Jeremy Britton is dishonest!"
