Showed up the morning after quote request to provide my estimate. Arrived right on time the day of the appointment and did a great job cleaning my very dirty windows. Everyone I dealt with was both polite and professional.

I think this could have been cheaper, as he did not have to get a ladder to go outside to clean the outside part, as my windows tilt in.

Did a great job with the window but the bid included to clean the silt between the windows and area was wiped but the corner still had quite a bit of silt. I realized it after. Happy with the window cleaning but did a rush job cleaning the between screen and window dirt.

Not only did they show up on time, but they finished the project properly by disconnecting the downspouts and ensuring they were clean as well. In addition, they responded to the quote request quickly.

They were very efficient, very kind and polite and they were able to solve my problem.

Ken was super on his quick call to my need for help!!! Friendly, personal, so understanding. The guys came the very next morning to do the cleaning - Literally, wading around a lawn with mud and water to do the work. They were courteous, kind, and got the job done!!!! Fish Company does a fine job. A two-person crew came the next morning after we made the request for services. They cleaned all of the gutters well, and did a pretty good job of cleaning up the inevitable debris on the ground that comes as a result. Courteous and efficient.

It's only been a day, and time will tell, but Josh did the job in less than an hour for a fraction of the cost others had estimated. I'm retired and no longer feel comfortable on high ladders or on the roof, so Fish was a welcome supplier, indeed.

The worker did not clean two of the downspouts. Otherwise it all seemed fine.
