Fortunately I was able to schedule the work the same day I called for an appointment. The technician was prompt and was very thorough cleaning the ducts. I asked the technician to wear shoe covers to avoid tracking in mud and debris when he walking on the newly refinished hardwood floors and brand new carpet that was installed since he was going in and out of the house several times. He initially put the shoe covers on. However he removed them and tracked footprints and mud in the house throughout the house. In addition, he did not clean up the dust and debris that fell out of each vent or register when pulling the hose out. I asked if he would clean up after himself. I was told they clean what's in the vent. Not what falls out of it. He did clean up an area in 1 of the 4 rooms after I said something. After he left I was left to vacuum the rest and clean up what his shoes tracked in.

They came out pretty quickly. Their price was reasonable. The quality of their work was good.

They were very good in doing the work for us. They were responsive with their coming out and doing the bid. To my knowledge, everything went great. Their price was okay.

They were phenomenal. They came in at the end of September. I thought I had gotten all the water out of the carpet but had not. It reeked because the pad had gotten wet. They pulled all of that up and cleaned it replacing the pad. They knew I had recently been laid off so they really tried to work with me giving me a really nice discount helping me pay for the service. They kept me very informed. There was one gentleman that made it a project that was to be handled expeditiously. At first it was going to be around $1000 and it ended up being closer to $500. We deleted some services but they were not necessary.

They are great! They are prompt. Their price is fairly reasonable. I have used them for a long time.

I used a $25 coupon from the Entertainment Book. (If you refer someone else, you get a discount). The two men arrived on time and spotted, moved furniture and cleaned carpets in the dining room, living room, master bedroom and office. The carpets looked new again and they were finished in about 1 hour. They placed carpet protectors under all furniture pieces. I was also given a free bottle of spot cleaner. I was very pleased with the work.

It went beautifully. You'd never know there had been a problem.

Technician came and did a good job cleaning the wall to wall carpet. Oriental carpet had to be taken to the plant to be cleaned by specialists. Two weeks later the carpet was delivered uncleaned. We had them take it back and clean it. It was returned two days later, still not completely cleaned. Finally had to have a technician come and clean it in our home, while we watched. It was finally completed. Cleaning job was as good as you could hope, but follow-through was not good.

We called Sams after a flood in the basement. Carpet not on a pad, so Sams serviceman extracted the remaining water. [We had been up most of the night with our wet vac]. Suggested we rent the powerful blower/dryers since their sensors detected wicking into the drywall. The service man came out on a Sunday afternoon.

It went great. I had put this off for a couple of years because of our bad experience with carpet installation in the past (not with Sams) I just dreaded the idea of it. So fortunately my worries were for nothing. The workers were very professional and polite. Plus they were exactly on time, and even worked through lunch to finish up.

It went great. They did a good job cleaning, including moving some furniture I really expected them to just go around. They put all the furniture they cleaned underneath on styrofoam pads to be removed after the floor dried.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WERE ON-TIME. HOWEVER, THEIR PRICES WERE OUT OF SIGHT. THEY ARE SENDING ME A COUPON FOR MY NEXT SERVICE.

THE GUY DID A THOROUGH JOB, AND DIDN'T TRY TO SELL MORE THAN WE NEEDED.

THEY GOT THE CARPET TOO WET BUT THEY CORRECTED THEIR MISTAKE. THEY NORMALLY DO A GOOD JOB.
