They did a great job, no more ripples and stains. They arrived promptly, were friendly and professional and now the carpet looks like it should have when I first moved in. Couldn’t be any better! They also adjusted down the final price because they did not have to do quite as much as they originally thought.

Great1 We had a stain that had been there for about 5 years (my son's former room!) and they removed this with no problem. Very professional people and have used Sam's before.

Duct cleaning: the young man pried off the a/c vents with a screwdriver, makiing significant dents in my drywall so that I had to get a painter in to repair the damage. Instead of using a razor blade or box cutter to cut around the vents where they had been painted over, he just used the screwdriver (or some other tool --I was not standing over him to watch) as a lever. Not a careful professional job. Carpet: the patch work was very well done, as was the carpet cleaning -- where they chose to do it. I was present the whole time in another room and repeatedly told them that if they needed anything from me, or needed me to do something, they should just ask. They were to clean 100% of the carpet in two rooms, including closets. They had to move and/or lift major pieces of furniture to do this --and they did. However, One of the closets had about 10 pieces of shelving and a couple of small bags of grout on the floor. They did not move the shelving to clean the closets. They did not ask me to move it for them. They did not tell me that they would not clean unless the shelving and grout bags were moved off the floor. When I inspected the job before paying them, I naturally assumed they had.moved these items and then put them back. After they left, however, I saw that they had not done that. They just decied to "work around it" rather than either move the stuff themselves or ask me to move it. They said nothing about it. I am a 66-year-old woman and after they left I moved it so that I could finish their work for them --and it took me exactly 3minutes and 18 seconds, by actual count, to move the stuff out of the closet into another room. The two of them, who were both MUCH younger and stronger, could have done it in about a minute and a half. As I said, I was present in the house the whole time and could easily have done it for them. But no one asked. Given that their job was to clean ALL of the carpet, and given that they had already lifted and/or moved major pieces of furniture, and given that I repeatedly told them to just ask me if they needed something from me, I think this was a lousy way to approach the job, and I will not use them again. By the way, when I called the company about this, the response was "they just worked around it as best they could" coupled with a flat refusal to send anyone back to finish the job.

I have been in this house for 14 years, and I have used them twice a year every year. My carpeting always comes out looking brand new. They were out about a month ago, and they did a wonderful job. In the mean time I had men coming in and going out, that were painting and everything, and my dog had an accident on the carpeting.So, I had them come out on Saturday and they took care of it, it was perfect. So they came out only because of me, not because of them. Just for them to come out just that one time and do what I needed them to do it cost $45.00. I only have carpet in the living room, dining room, and hallway. Usually, it cost me about $130.00. I refer my friends to this cleaning service all the time because there could be nobody better. As I said when they leave, my carpet is over 14 years old, it looks like brand new carpet. Granted, the carpeting is good or it wouldn't look like brand new carpet, but it looks great.

I have them out twice a year, and they always do a great job. Unless you can give them an A+, give them and A+.

They are miracle workers. They leave everything perfect. The workers that I came in contact with were great. One person came to complete the service.

They did a great job plus they us a one year warranty on their service.

Technician was very uncooperative. Refused to shine the black light he had in his pocket on the stain to prove it was a pet stain. I was supposed to take his word for it. All he had to do was shine the light on the stain and it would have revealed that it was or was not a pet stain. He refused to do this. Cost me about $800 in carpet replacement.

Andrew showed up right on time, went to work immediately and did not stop until everything was finished. Very, very happy with this young man's professionalism, courtesy and work habits. When I need work done in my home and if Sam's can do it, they will be the one I always call!

Outstanding! I had almost decided to replace carpeting in my living and dining rooms. A friend recommended Sam's, and I called to set up an appointment. Ed, the very capable service technician, arrived on time and set to work immediately. I am beyond thrilled with the results! This carpeting looks as nice as the day it was installed. Very impressed with this company!

They showed up and provided a written estimate. The two guys showed up on time to do the work. Everything came out looking good and they cleaned up after themselves. What more can you ask for.

Everything was done to our satisfaction. We felt like the cost was reasonable. They didn't try to "sell" us more than what we'd asked for which some places do. For example, the downstairs carpet was only "wrinkled" in 4 spots and instead of saying they had to stretch the whole carpet, he gave me estimates to just stretch and fix those places. The two workers that came and did the repairs were very courteous and worked from about 9 in the morning until after noon. They moved any heavy furniture and only asked me to move breakables before they arrived, which I did. We're very happy with the results.

I had used Sam's Carpet Cleaning & Repairs for years. Being a bit more frugal, I tried out two (2) other carpet-cleaning companies (one listed here on Angie's List). Was that a mistake! Certainly no cost-savings based upon having to have everything redone (by Sam's). And, seriously..., I have found no others who have come close to Sam's quality, service, and honesty, all of which far exceeds what I paid the other companies (bear in mind, too, Sam's was out several days after Midwest Carpet Cleaning - redoing their work). I am right back to using Sam's - permanently. The owner, Jeff, sets very high standards and, certainly, adheres to them. He is extremely professional and does incredibly honest and high-quality work.

It went very well. They pretreated all the spots and did a good job and I had scotchgard put on it. I also called them when I noticed that we had a few spots again so they sent someone right out who went over things and did a great job. Would definitely use them again. Can't believe how good my carpet looks.

I have used this company over 3 times on 2 different properties. They are very good and stretching and refitting carpet.

We had just bought house a month earlier. Carpet in master was in very bad shape as far as needing stretched. Everything went well. The cleaners were very professional and did a great job. The price seemed steep but I could not find another reputable carpet stretcher.

They were one of the best carpet cleaners I've used. They have great prices and the quality of work is great too!

I had terrible problems with carpet as the installer didn't power stretch it and visible seams needing to be fixed. It was also in need of cleaning. Sam's rep came out and was very professional and gave me a great estimate allowing me to take advantage of prevailing offers that were available. They were considerable cheaper than the other two estimates that I received. All my interactions with them from the time I called until the job was completed was very professional and trustworthy. Three years later I'm just getting around to giving them a review as I'm thinking about getting the carpet cleaned now that winter is over and all the related dirt from the outdoors is showing on the carpet. All the repairs that they did for me still are great years later. I will certainly use them again.

The carpets were successfully stretched and all but one of the spots was removed. They even left me with a bottle of spot remover! I could not have been more happy with my results--and I wished they had been the folks that had cleaned all my carpets.

They did an excellent job and were able to either completely remove the stain or significantly lighten it. They left a cleaning solution for future pet mistakes. I highly recommend them without reservations and will definitely use them again. A +++!

Fantastic job, especially on carpet repair! In addition, the carpet repair prices were extremely reasonable, made me wish I had done it sooner.

We had our carpets stretched and cleaned, as well as a couch and loveseat cleaned. They did a thorough job and the techs were polite and professional. I was very pleased with the end result. The cost was more than I thought anyone should pay to have their carpets cleaned and stretched, and Sam's was one of the higher bids we received, but I believe you pay for what you get and overall they did an excellent job.

The costings were fair. I have used them several times. Their service was always good. I never had any problems with them that's why I use them again and again. I think they're a good company. I would recommend them to people who are looking for carpet cleaning.

The cleaning was thorough and punctual. They did the whole job. I would recommend them to anyone.
