Greg was professional and efficient in his work. When we realized I would also need piece of carpet pad, Greg called a coworker, and had him bring a piece of pad over, free of charge. His work looks great. I am very pleased.

Just fine. They've sent me the same technician for several years. This is nice as he is familiar with my home, and respectful of my expectations.

The results were great and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

It went well and they did a nice job. I wish they could have cleaned the area rug while they were here.

prompt pickup, exact cost over phone, rugs looked great. Only probelm, said would deliver on 12/24 or before. I called on 12/24,they didn't expect to deliver then. But they rushed it over.

I was very happy with their work. I would rate them A overall. A lot of times they have coupons and you can get three or four rooms cleaned for about $100. They don't use a steam they use a buffer and it smells wonderful when they are done. They were a little late but the job before must of ran over. I would use them again if needed.

The cleaning of the rug went fine. They did not clean the chair well enough the first time. They did however come back and completed the cleaning of the chair.

They are amazing. They have locations all over Missouri but we use the one in St. Charles. They got the carpets very clean. They even got out old stains, like Kool-aid stains. They also leave behind a solvent to make sure that if there are any more stains, you can put that on the carpet. I plan on using them in my new house. Now that my wedding is over I need a cleaning service so I plan on using them pretty soon now. I used them a couple of times but normally my landlord would take care of the carpets. I just wanted to get somebody good to come out and do the carpets. They used some no-name company who were not professional. Sam's dresses in specific clothing, they show their ID, they have a truck; it was a lot different than who the landlord used.

Sam's did an excellent job cleaning my carpets, and the price was very reasonable.

We were preparing to put the 2-story condo on the market for sale, but needed to address the aging 10-year old carpet throughout the space, The carpet required some stretching to remove bumps. Sam's gave us an estimate and did the work in a very professional manner. The results were excellent.

They came out and actually looked at the place and gave a quote. They came about 10 minutes before they said they would be here for the appointment, which was great. They did an excellent job. It was a crew of two very nice, young gentlemen. They were very professional. They did the work and there wasn't any standing around. They ended up giving a 10 percent discount at the end because of something that happened that I can't remember. I would absolutely use them again. They were just superb.

I am very happy the outcome so far. This is my first time using them but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Overall good experience. Showed up 10 minutes early on the day of. We had to cancel the last minute and they were kind about rescheduling. Carpet looked good.

The company accepted the idea of doing half the house at a time and of having us take apart and move things that most such companies will not move. Corgans also agreed to the idea. Most people apparently do not opt to move some of their more problematic furniture. Examples included beds in three bedrooms, a grandfather clock which had to be allowed to run down and stop, an entertainment center (home theater) in a family room, computer centers taken apart to be moved, etc. No company we called for estimates would agree to move such things so we moved them ourselves prior to appointment time and moved them back later. It resulted in the cleaning of *all* the carpeting and it was surprising to find that carpeting under some of the beds very much needed to be cleaned. Some very large and heavy items were left in rooms and simply moved back and forth by the employees as they cleaned. Examples of such were the grandfather clock and a very large desk. They will move heavy furniture. They just won't disassemble or move beds, or take apart complex entertainment centers, etc. The company's bid was not the lowest. They charge $85 per room for stretching carpeting. The other company, second in contention, Corgans, wanted to charge only $60 a room. Sam's charged $40 (round figure) per room for clearing while Corgans offered a special at 3 rooms for $100. We chose Sam's based on their Angie's list ratings and the fact that we did not anticipate the need for much stretching. When it turned out that more stretching was needed than originally anticipated, Sam's came down in price to $65 per room for stretching. They charge less if only a part of a room is stretched, as does Corgans. The employees were friendly, courteous, polite. They were on time. They did very good work both in stretching and cleaning. There were two separate teams of two men. They used different attachments for cleaning. One team used a wand, the other used a rotating device that had multiple scrubbing brushes. It is apparently the choice of the team as to which device they use at the end of the vacuum hose. In my personal opinion both devices cleaned about the same. Both used steam. One negative. Cleaning is done with a large, long vacuum hose that comes from a truck where the actual vacuum machine is located. The machine runs on an engine-powered motor that gives off CO-containing exhaust. On the second visit the exhaust from the machine was facing our open, attached garage and entered the house through the door between garage and kitchen (through which the hose entered the house). The result was that both CO monitors in the house went off. Not a serious problem though since it was detected. They were able to remove virtually all spots. We declined having Scotchgard protection applied. The carpeting takes up to 48 hours to dry well. Dogs immediately started working to reverse the entire effort.

They did a really good job and the price was really reasonable, which is one thing I was looking at. The young man that did it was very professional and I was happy with it. I am actually going to call them back again because they did such a good job.

They do an excellent job. My carpets look terrific when they are done. They were very prompt. They move things. They will move beds and everything else in order to get underneath them. A lot of it is really heavy furniture. They came and re stretched all our carpets. They explain what they are doing while they do it.

I like them. They are on time. They do a good job. I would use them in the future.

I walked in without any idea of price, so when I initially started to fill out forms to get the rugs cleaned, I was told $120 which I thought was high. So I asked if there were any specials, especially for Angie's list members, one of the young ladies behind the counter piped up that they did just start a promotion - bring in one rug for cleaning, get the 2nd one free. It saved me about $30 which I really appreciated. When I came to pick up the rugs, they were ready on time and they loaded them in my car for me.

It was a pretty bad stain. They came early and I wasn't home which was fine with me. I didn't have much interaction with them. They were fine.

The team arrive promptly, reviewed the house and heard my concerns before beginning. They kept me informed about progressing in regard to some old and difficult stains; some were able to come up--some were not. They conducting themselves with professionalism, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and treated me with great respect. I will definitly use them again for future cleaning.
