Description of Work: We had our air ducts cleaned throughout the house. Everything was straight forward. Our carpet in the hall needed to be stretched. We got an estimate on that a couple days later. They came out and repaired that as well the following week.

Description of Work: The tech cleaned both my living room and dining room. I was v ery pleased with the results, The carpet looked good when he left and two weeks later it still looks great. He left me with a small bottle of spot remover in case I have any spills. It dried with in about 6 hrs. I used fans but it was dry by early evening. The tech was prompt, professional and the service only took about an hour..The price was great too.

Description of Work: Scheduled carpet cleaning. I have used their services over the last 12 years. I have always been pleased with their services.I have very old carpet in my home and they were very careful while cleaning. I did request pet order treatment after they arrived so my cost went up. The original cleaning price was $139 for 3 rooms and hallway. Pet order treatment was $65 for these same areas. They moved furniture I requested to clean the carpet.

Description of Work: Called to try and schedule some carpets to be cleaned. Talked to an answering service who told us they would pass the message on and we should receive a call back that day. SIX hours later called again, received the same statement from the answering service. THREE days later they called. If they are tooooooo busy to do the work, then say so, to NOT even call is inexcusable. Will NEVER call them again.
