They were very professional and very quick. The floor was dry very quickly. They are about mid range on pricing but they are good quality carpet cleaners.

I had used them for years. You would not believe the great job they did. They did a great job and I will never stray from them again.

Called Precise for an estimate. Precise was very informative, professional and courtious on the phone. Recieved a detailed estimate and a quote. Precise explained in detail how long everything would take, how to let my carpets dry and what furniture would and would not be able to be moved. Owner called me a couple of days in advance to confirm the service date and answer any questions I had. When the day came, the 2 man crew arrived exactally on time. Both the guys were courtious, professional and efficient. Both were very knowledgabel about the process and about carpet cleaning in general. They answered every queston I had about the process and the after dry of the cleaned carpet. They did a fantastic and detailed job, almost every square inch of carper was cleaned. I could see from the cleaning patterns in the carpet, they cleaned on two directions (at least). After carpet was cleaned, they placed large furniture legs on foam blocks, small furniture on water proof protector sheets. Carpet looked fantastic after they were finished!! My invoice included the names of the two young guys (Jerry and Logan) that performed the work. Owner called me several dayslater to follow up and ask if I was satisfied with the work- nice touch. I highly recommend Precise to clean your carpet!

We have Shaw wall to wall carpeting and to keep our warranty intact we are required to have it cleaned by hot water extraction which Precise was able to do. Additionally they were on Shaw's list of recommended cleaners. They were very professional and did an excellent job.

Not much to say. They gave us a good price, came when scheduled and did a good job. Carpet looked much better in warn areas and it dried pretty quickly. Workers were courteous and didn't waste time. I'll have them back.

So far I have just used them for carpet cleaning. I wish I could use them for more, but in this day and age, I can't always afford other stuff. I wish that they could do the air duct, furniture, tile and floors, but I can't do that right now. They were recommended by the place where I bought the carpet from. They are a natural carpet cleaning service. They are very efficient, and in and out in no time. They are very respectful of my furniture and my house. They will do whatever they can to help me.

They did a good job and their rates are reasonable. It's usually the same two gentleman that come out. They are kind, professional, and do a great job. Whenever I think I need new carpeting, I get them cleaned and this company does such a great job that they seem like new. They move the furniture for you and are easy to schedule an appointment with. I would highly recommend them.

I've been using them for a long, long time and I like them very much. They do an excellent job and the 2 fellows that always come are extremely nice and I like them a lot. They are just very professional and very fast. They do a great job.

we have had several companies come in to clean but the stains do seam reappear,the carpet is twisted type and light colored. Easy for stains to show on the traffic areas... and I think this company did a better job at getting the stains out and guaranteeing to come back if they reappear and will try a different cleaning methods if they do, mainly I was concerned about the dark stains in front of the fireplace and traffic areas, they all look great for now we'll see in the next few weeks if they reappear. Since this is in the basement we do not use this area as much as we use to, hopefully it will last a while longer.

Awesome. They arrived on time and were finished in 45 minutes. There are a couple stains that remain but I'm not sure that anything will get them out at this point.

They are extremely professional. I had my carpet cleaned previously by another company. They couldn't get everything clean especially the stairs, Precise got everything clean and actually made the carpet look brand new again!! I will recommend them to everyone. They are very professional, and pleasant. My daughter used them before i did and she said they are very happy to come back out if you aren't completely satisfied. So they should have no complaints. Just give a call and they'll come back!!

They came and had it done in one day. I thought they deserved 5 stars for the work they did since I had pets.

I have them come out about 2 times a year. They do a very professional job. They are very thorough and do quality work. They always send out the same 2 gentleman. They are very nice and cordial. My carpets look great after they are finished!

THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME THE SAME PRICE, THEY NEVER GO UP.

THIS LAST TIME I WAS MORE DISAPPOINTED. I UPGRADED THE TREATMENT OF THE CARPET BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I PUT THIS CLEANER ON THE CARPET IT WOULD RESIST STAINS, AND IT DIDN'T WORK. IN THE PAST, THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY GOOD.

THEY CAME WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD, AND THEY DID IT VERY WELL, AND IT STAYED CLEAN FOR QUITE A WHILE.
