Needed one room and and a hallway cleaned. Had not been cleaned in several years. Had a very soiled "traffic pattern" and several other areas that were stained. Precise arrived on time, and was very professional, they moved the two pieces of furniture and cleaned under them. The carpet now looks better than it has in a long time, Traffic pattern is clean, all of the spots are gone. Would certainly use them again

Excellent work - arrived a few minutes early (team of 3), explained the process they would go through and efficiently went about the job. I have never had this done so wasn't sure what to expect. They worked great as a team, finished the job, showed us the filter to see how much the extracted from the vents and gave us some advice about future cleanings. Well done!!

They were very professional and obviously care about what they do. The technician showed up on time to pick up the rug and they communicated clearly about when the job would be complete. The rug was cleaned and delivered as described.

Good, but could be bettter. We had a sectional sofa which was more costly that a regular one. We suggested that only 3 cushions needed cleaning; only 2 two were cleaned. The one missed is partly my fault for not checking more thoroughly; the rest of the fault lies with the cleaner. I would hire them again; I would just make sure my request is understood and I would check better.

We have used Precise several times now. We get our carpets cleaned annually and call them each time. The guys that come out are very friendly & professional. They do a very thorough job. Quick, but not too quick by rushing too much. They also give us a free bottle of carpet cleaner, that ends up lasting about a year. So that is perfect! I have ZERO complaints and I tend to be a tough customer.

Went great! They moved all but the extremely heavy furniture. Wall guards were used to prevent their hose from doing any damage to my walls. Super friendly & professional guys. I used them a few years ago in a different home and they did a great job then also. Besides the advertised discount, they gave me a senior discount. I highly recommend this company.
