Robert was respectful and accommodating. He stressed that he wanted us to have a really good experience with his company, and solicited feedback all along the way, to ensure everything met my quality standards. It was a very hot day, but that didn't affect his performance. Robert is a very personable individual, which is a real plus as I answered any questions and considered his suggestions. All in all, I am glad I chose "Power Wash Pro". I would recommend his company.

Couldn't say enough good things about Robert Redd and the job he did for us in power washing our home. He did an excellent job for a fair price, was good at communicating with us and showed up as promised. In the end, I couldn't believe the results of his work. There were things he got clean that I didn't think was possible and he was very thorough and conscientious about making sure he didn't miss anything. I will definitely use Robert again and recommend him highly.

Robert was very good at communicating with me, from scheduling an inspection to quote, to actually completing the work. He gave me an estimate to do specific power washing, we agreed on his price, and he followed up with an email outlining the proposal. We scheduled for a couple of days later, and he arrived as expected. He explained the order in which he planned to work, and told me upfront that he would probably have to return the next morning to finish the job. He finished the gutters, the house, much of the concrete, and returned the next morning as promised to finish the concrete. Robert clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. His quote did not include the inside of a screen porch; but he noticed that there was a painted image on it, and almost insisted that it be cleaned as well. He removed all the furniture to the yard, and proceeded to clean the floor (which looks amazing). Afterwards, he replaced the furniture. He also cleaned the patio umbrella by the pool, and didn't even mention it. I was planning to replace it this year, but it now looks like new again. He did such a good job that one of my neighbors has already hired him to do his house and concrete too. I am very happy with the way everything looks, and would recommend PowerWash Pro without reservation.

We were very happy with the results. Mr. Redd gave me a price then he showed up on time and he was careful to move any outdoor furniture before starting the pressure wash. He pointed out exactly what to expect and did a good job to clean difficult to reach areas at the top of the house. When the job was completed he walked me around the house and made sure we were completely satisfied with the work. He is very professional and is not satisfied until his customer is satisfied. I would highly recommend him for any pressure washing project.

Robert sent us an estimate and it was a lot cheaper then his competitors. At the time of his arrival, we were getting our floors redone. Robert helped me move all of our furniture back inside the house. Super super guy! I will continue to recommend him to my neighbors. Will definitely use his services again! Thank you Robert!

Robert was very communicative and professional throughout the whole process. Because of bad weather we were having, he had to call a few times during the process to let me know he'd have to change the day he'd start the job. He showed up when he said he would and he was extremely thorough when washing the house. He spent more than a few hours washing the house, the porches and the garage. He even came back the next day to check to make sure he hadn't missed anything. I will definitely use his services again.

They did a phenomenal job. They did a lot and I plan to use them again.

He did a great job! He called on Friday when the job was "rained out" and offered to do the work on Saturday or reschedule for the next week. We agreed to Saturday. He was very polite, and did a great job (as evidenced by the fact that two of my neighbors had him do work at their houses as well!).

He arrived within 5 minutes of scheduled time. He removed all the debris. Moved everything off the porch. Hand washed, and used a device to clean the porch floor, siding, railing, ceiling, and the overhead fan/light. He changed the light bulb for me, also. It was hard work, but he did a fine job! He then placed my plants, and everything else back on the porch, after he had cleaned everything, but the plants..of course! He is a very nice man. And knows his work. I hope he stays in the area, so I can call on him again!

We had mold/ mildew on the siding of our two story rental house. They were on time and did a good job at a fair price.

They were very very fair. When they said they were going to be here they were here and that is important. They were very attentive. They did a good job. They pointed out a couple of things that they needed to do, but they did not because there was not enough steam. I cannot think anything negative about them. They were really good.

Wonderful! Robert and his staff were thorough and particular. They power washed and cleaned our white siding and our white vinyl deck, both of which had mold and pollen on them. Robert was friendly and prompt and was willing to come back if we found a spot that needed more cleaning. We are considering calling him for his other services including painting and repairing the flashing around our garage. We would definitely use his services again!

The work was wonderful and they did a great job! They were very nice.

He did the job, but I thought the cost was a little steep. He did come out when he said he would, but it took him two days to complete the work. I told him to not wash the bricks in the front that I had painted. He did wash them, the fresh paint flew off, and I had to repaint them. When I let him know about this, he told me to offer him a price and he would paint the bricks. Also, when he power washed the patio, it was not completed correctly. It is on a slant and when everything dried, there was a bunch of dirt on the edges around it. When he was power washing the deck, four of the wood pickets fell off. He did put back three of the four pickets back. I was truly disappointed and I would not recommend him.

The work turned out great! They provided an Angie’s List discount. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Did a fine job. moved potted plants and outdoor furniture as necessary. Didn't harm any fragile exterior plantings. Exterior looks clean!

It went very well. It took about 1hour and 1/2 and my deck and furniture look brand new. The men were as nice as could be. Will definitely use them again.

The owner of Power Wash Pro, Robert, provided a bid upon request. Compared to other companies I requested bids from, PWP came in really low. I called to be certain the bid was correct. Robert revisited and said he stood by his original quote. Once the weather cooperated with us, we set a date for PWP to wash our vinyl fence and concrete patio. Robert showed up as expected and got to work. While PWP was at my house I asked if he had time to wash the vinyl siding on the back and side of my home. To my great pleasure, he had the time and the extra cost was very reasonable. A couple of times during his visit, Robert invited me to look over what he'd done and let him know if anything was missed. Each time I checked, I was pleased with what I saw. If I had issues, Robert was responsive and went over the area again. A lot of chlorine/bleach was used. I expressed my concerns about my grass being harmed during the process. (Last year, we'd spent THOUSANDS of dollars to re-sod our lawn.) Robert assured me the lawn would be fine. I've waited a couple weeks to write my review to be sure the lawn came out unscathed. I'm happy to report that the lawn looks great! I was really pleased with the outcome. The fence, siding and patio look fantastic! I am picky--VERY PICKY--about how work is done on and around my home. I am very happy to give my entire experience with PWP an A+. I will gladly hire this company again.

I found Power Wash Pro on Angie's list and called Robert asking for a quote. He came by a couple of days later and gave me a quote that was a lot more reasonable than other quotes I received on the phone (some would only ask for my house's size then gave me a quote that way). He did the job himself and it was really thorough. He spent a good amount of time making sure he got all the molds off my roof and he actually cleaned more area than he orginally thought he needed to and I gave him a little extra. Very friendly, easy to talk to and very professional.

Work was done promptly and professionally, with a little weather delay, and everything looks great!

After checking Angie's List, I contacted several participating companies for estimates on power washing our 2-story house. Several companies gave me estimates on the phone without coming out to see the property, a cookie-cutter approach that prompted me to keep searching. Power Wash Pro in St. Charles was the farthest from our home in Des Peres but the only company to actually do a site visit before giving an estimate. There was some delay in getting in touch with the owner - it's a busy time of year for outdoor services and I was unavailable some of the time. The initial estimate was more than the final charge due to miscommunication between us over how much work I wanted done. The owner was willing to - and actually did - send an invoice. The workers offered to take a check after they finished which I was happy to do. The work was done quickly and cleanly without any disruption and minimal movement of our outdoor items. The workers were friendly and cooperative and helpful. Bottom line for us: Lots of companies provide a service; few companies have workers who are friendly, speak English openly and go out of their way to be as helpful as possible like Power Wash Pro did. We will recommend them to friends and neighbors and they will be one of the first companies we ask for an estimate when we need the services the offer.

How did it go? Outstanding. The Redd's are extremely responsive, returning calls promptly. I was not in a terrible hurry for the work, but they don't mess around! There employee (I never did get his name!) had a minor glitch caused by an equipment malfunction that necessitated them coming back but when they were finished we were seriously impressed! They had power washed the house about 4 years ago (and it is NOT a small house! Two sides have three stories of siding) and I had not realized how badly it needed again it again until they were done! But most impressive was that patio. My photos only show a small part (I wish I had mindfully taken before and after pics of all of it) but that is a true sample and gives you a hint of how bad it was and what a spectacular job they did. I simply could not believe it. Next Spring we're having them out to power wash the deck and screened porch. I suspect it will look like new. PS) The price is what Mr. Redd quoted. I don't have a bill yet. PPS) That incredibly cute baby is our granddaughter with her Papa and Aunt Laura.

The job Dan did was outstanding and my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. Both Robert and Dan were extremely courteous and great to do business with and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Our siding, concrete walkways, and guttering were dingy and in dire need of cleaning and I had my doubts about the possibility of getting them clean. Dan assured me that everything would come clean and he was good on his promise!
