Robert and his assistant did a good job of power washing our home and it looks very clean. The mold was not extremely bad and we did have areas on our porch and siding that had small black spots that Robert made extra effort to get it off. We were impressed to see how clean our home looked when they were done. We will definitely call them the next time we need to have the home power washed again.

I would never use them again. They came unprepared, when they got here they didn't have a wand for the washer that would work. Everybody knows that you don't use a real high velocity spray on vinyl siding because the water gets up under the siding and then causes rot and mildew and everything. They were hitting the siding on our porch with something that sounded and looked like a cannon. It was blasting the heck out of the siding. You know the water was getting up under it and everything. I was just livid. I was going through number one, number two, number three on Angie's List. I was having a party and I needed to get the siding washed before the party. The party was two weeks later from this date. I called the first guy and he couldn't get out to do it. So I think this guy was second or third. Maybe I couldn't get the second one on the phone. I was just kind of joking with him and I said, "I was looking for number one and I called number three," and he said, "Well, we're number one." Then he gets out here and he doesn't even have the equipment that he needs to do the job. His son works with him. He had to send his son off to get a wand that worked. When they got back, then they were blasting the heck out of the siding on our house. I just thought it was just awful. I don't know if it damaged anything. They did come on the day they said they would come. They were here probably on time but they couldn't start on time because they didn't have their equipment.

I was very satisfied with the service provided. He gave me an estimate within a few days of calling, showed up on the day he promised and it looked great when he was finished. I was very satisfied and would use his service again.

Everything went well. Both Robert and his helper were professional and did a very good job---we had several areas of green mold and extra care was taken to insure it was totally removed. Have used Robert before and would use him again.

2 men showed up as scheduled, went right to work, Robert arrived during work, and stayed until job completion.

All I can say is when my house is dirty, they will be the first ones I call.

Power Wash Pro did a great job and for for a good price. Professional and nice staff. The gentleman moved my plant for me off the porch. My home looked brand new after they power washed it! I would definitely recommend!

I contacted Robert regarding having our house pressure washed. He was very nice and provided me a quote on April 7th, which I thought was a fare price. We had agreed on a date he could pressure wash the house, but then he contacted me to say if I could wait a week he would give me a discount. He then emailed me on April 15th to say it really didn't look like he was going to be back in town until April 29 or 30th and if I could wait that long he would do an excellent job. I emailed Robert on April 29th to see when he would be back in town and never received a response.

Next time I will call company that uses water and chemical from their truck as not to run up my water bill which is not cheap when you pay sewer on all water used.

Robert did a really great job. He was professional, courteous and kept us apprised of his work plans. He was persistent and solved all the problems related to the job to our satisfaction. I would recommend him for any power washing job.

Despite some initial scheduling snafus, when Rob arrived to provide the service he was very friendly, courteous, & professional. He did a fantastic job & I would certainly recommend him. Our house looks great!

First off the owner responded to my phone message even though he was out of town on another job. He was both polite and professional. The work done was efficient and professional. I was very pleased and the house looked so much better. Best of all it was done with no fuss or hassles, which for me rarely happens when we have work done. I have no regrets and would definitely use him again and also recommend him.

Robert showed up on time to perform the estimate and returned two days later to do the job. He was punctual and did the job for what he quoted. He called the day of the work to let us know he was about 15 minutes away.

We had a wonderful experience with Robert. I called him in the morning to request an estimate, and he came all the way out to Johns Island the same day. He was very friendly and polite, and spoke very honestly about the work we were requesting. He actually convinced us to do less than we were contemplating, after explaining that it would not be the best expenditure of our money. He returned a few days later to do the work, and it was performed exactly as promised. He took care to not harm any of the shrubbery near the fence, and he left everything in great condition. We will definitely call him for future power washing projects and will gladly recommend him highly to others.
