I did not have to be present at the time the work was performed. They followed up within 24 hours to make sure I was pleased, which I was.

Description of Work: The crew arrived a little late but called as they were on their way. The were larready setting up ladders and checked the house before I realized their presence. They discussed damage to our siding from golf b**** which I did not realize were there, although I had heard the hits, They cleaned the gutters and all siding and were very careful of our new landscape, Our three windows which look out on the golf course have never been so clean even when new. Everything was spotless and back in place in three hours. The two gentlemen were very nice and expressed concern about our roofing job done by the original builder,

+ 6 moreIt took longer than originally expected because of the realization that the exterior was in worse shape than originally estimated. But Robert and his crew were able to still knock out all of the work in about 3 days. The entire process took less than a week-starting from the initial walk through and then the completion of the work. This was more than I expected and was very pleased since I was in a hurry to get my home on the market.
Description of Work: Pressure washed entire exterior (siding and deck). Repainted all exterior trim boards. Painted all interior base boards throughout first floor (approximately 5 rooms, 2 hallways, and 3 bathrooms). Stained and installed trim pieces around 2 bathroom cabinets. Fixed trim around front door. Painted upstairs hallway and stairwell. Painted front door and one interior door. Painted fireplace mantel. Stained and sealed deck. Painted front porch(ceiling and railings). Reinstalled a sliding closet doors and coped the bottom edge to accommodate new 5" base-molding that had been installed. Installed small flooring pieces to finish off the wood floors next to the kitchen cabinets(we installed the rest of the flooring-these last pieces were beyond our skills). Installed and painted the trim boards around the kitchen cabinets.

+ -1 morePro Power wash made a bid within a week. The company was finishing a commercial project and told me it would be a week until they could get to me. Within the week, the deck was power washed, and as soon as the weather allowed, the deck was sanded and stained. As a matter of fact, the owner and his worker appeared on a Saturday morning and finished.
Description of Work: Our deck was power washed, sanded and stained. The job was bid and completed within nine days.

+ 0 moreRobert was quick to set up an appointment, he is very friendly and professional. He spent a lot of time getting the outside of the house clean. As he was leaving, he told us to look the house over and make sure we were happy with his work. He said we would not have to pay anything until we were perfectly satisfied. He did a great job and we would have him come out again.
Description of Work: We had the entire outside of our house pressure washed. We also had 13 windows cleaned.

+ -1 moreMr. Redd came out promptly. Gave us a reasonable estimate range of $165 to $220. This is lower than any bid received by almost half. He said he'd mail an estimate, that he would be out of town the following week. We did not receive the mailed bid, nor did we hear from Mr. Redd. Two weeks later we left a phone message for him inquiring if he wanted the work. He did promptly return the call and was apologetic for the failure to send the paperwork or to call us. His plans had changed, still on vacation and said that he had such a work load on return that he didn't mind if we found another company to do the pressure washing.
Description of Work: Requested bid for pressure washing vinyl siding and other areas of our residence.

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time, were friendly, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. They did an outstanding job. The house looks as though it has brand new siding. It looks so good that the neighbors on either side of us also had Power Wash Pro clean the exterior of their houses. Both of them say that their houses look as though they also have new siding.
Description of Work: We contracted with Power Wash Pro to power wash a two story brick and vinyl sided house plus garage, concrete patio, stoop, and sidewalk. Also, the company cleaned the outside of all the windows, the lower gutters, and the mailbox and post.
