Description of Work: Placed a service call for a check up and cleaning of our furnance. It's 13 years old and there was a problem with a dirty flame sensor. Tech did a a through cleaning. No new problems were found with the unit. Also had them look at the humidifer and replace the pad if necessary. Carl said it was fine so no additional charges. Tech put booties over his shoes when going upstairs to protect my light color carpet. I like that quality in a service company. Plan to have them come back in the Spring to service our A/C unit.
