I have had nothing but perfect experiences with Missouri Furnace and Air Conditioning. They installed my boiler heater furnace in 2006 and my air conditioning unit in 2009, and I have used them ever since for the maintenance and service on both. Their customer service personnel are so nice and they get your service call scheduled very promptly. If there is any sort of emergency they will arrange to get a technician to your house the same day if at all possible. The knowledge and expertise of the service technicians is top of the line, and the technicians are always willing to fully explain the work that they are doing in terms that I can understand. Missouri Furnace & Air Conditioning is a truly exceptional company and I would never trust the care of my heating and cooling systems to anyone else. I give them my highest recommendation!

I received 3 bids to replace the old HVAC system on the condo I purchased in September 2018. I was most satisfied with Missouri Furnace's bid, taking into account the price, the brand of new system (Trane), and the efficiency of the new unit. Also, as I live in a 4 story condo building, a crane was required to remove the old air conditioner and replace with the new unit. Once we had agreed on a price and the contract was signed, I was scheduled for installation the following week. I like that my new furnace has a 4 inch filter, so that I do not have to replace it every month, In May the weather was not so hot that immediate installation was required. I was extremely pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the team. The new HVAC system was installed quickly and with no drama. It is also working great. I will no doubt call on Missouri Furnace to check on my a/c next spring before the summer of 2020.

Excellent. Jason called ahead and arrived as scheduled. He diagnosed the gas system and located three leaks and a faulty valve. He repaired the valve, determined what was needed to stop the leaks in this very old system and went back to the office to get additional equipment and supplies. He returned, made the repairs, checked the system and gave me the OK to call the gas company. The gas company came out, checked the system and turned the gas on. I am very pleased with the quality of service, the courtesy and professionalism of Jason. and the comfort I felt in dealing throughout the entire process. I recommend them highly based on my experience with Jason.

Laclede Gas wrongly turned off service AND without notice. So paid plumber to find that out. Still trying to get Laclede to pay for service call. Being stonewalled.

Install went really welll. Service is above and beyond. I am very happy with the install and the service. They did every thing what I asked and above. Mike, the owner of the company, gave the estimate and matched the Hoff heating and cooling price and additionally taped the basement ducts joints for no cost. Fews days before the install Jerry came and inspected the work to be done and proposed how it needs to be done. Zoning the basement from the first floor system by adding a separate truck line is a complex install. Plus venting for kitchen and bathroom. I got estimates from may be 15 HVAC contractors and no one gave me more confidence and comfort than Jerry. He is the best!! All the technicians are really good and professional. For 3 or 4 days, they came in the morning, work through out the day and towards the end of the day they cleaned up the area. This is a great company, very good and talented people. Excellent customer service. I am going to refer them to my family and friends.

The technician was very knowledgeable and did his very best to get our water heater up and rubbing. When ordering the gas valve ther was none available for my particular model. When part was ordered and delivered, it was replaced. I am very happy and pleased with pricing and the work completed. I will recommend Missouri Furnace for their service and customer service.

I had an ongoing gas leak in my boiler heater furnace for quite awhile. The technicians at Missouri Furnace worked with me until the source of the leak was finally found. Once found, the pilot assembly and pilot tube needed to be replaced, which was done, and thankfully so far there is no more gas leaking from the furnace. The technicians are all very nice and exercised much patience with a problem that was evidently very hard to diagnose and fix. I would highly recommend Missouri Furnace.

I have used Missouri Furnace many times in the past years. They installed my boiler heater furnace in 2006 and have been taking care of it ever since. They are a very reputable and knowledgeable company who always provide excellent service at a very fair price. I would not trust my furnace upkeep to anyone else!

Late summer I began to have issues with my AC unit. I had several estimates completed and opted to go with Missouri Furnace based on the overall estimate, customer service and availability. They were extremely professional and quick to respond to my concerns and issues. At one point during the heat wave, they offered to install a window unit as a temporary solution until the new AC unit was installed. The installation went smoothly. The unit did stop cooling the day after installation. Missouri furnace was prompt in responding to my call and quickly determined that there was a bad part on the unit and was able to get a replacement from the manufacturer in 12 hours and then immediately installed.

Routine checkup.

I've used Carl and he does wonderful work. They’re very good at scheduling their work. They generally give you a 2 hour window when they will be there. They are normally here 10-15 minutes before/after the time they are scheduled for. They are normally very prompt.

We've had Missouri Furnace for years. We've been using them probably close to twenty five years and consider them really good. They come in twice a year and we pay them when they come out. In the fall they come out and do the furnace for the heat.

They work in my multiple houses and rentals, and they are great. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
