Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the two individuals who came out to replace the AC and furnace. They explained everything they were doing and took the time afterwards to walk me through everything. The new units are working wonderfully and I will definitely be calling Jerry Kelly again in the future. We did shop the prices around and they offered the best in terms of price when you factored in the warranties as well. I highly recommend!

Our A/C died on a Friday before a 3 day weekend, we called and received bids from 6 contractors including Jerry Kelly. We chose Jerry Kelly because they had an American made product and were rated high on both BBB & Angie's list. Darin (the salesman) was very patient with all of our questions and recommended an efficient unit in our 2 story home that has hot & cold spots with a single unit and we can already tell a huge difference in the comfort. Andy (install technician) was very knowledgeable and again very patient in answering our questions about how to run the new unit. Even though he was on a schedule, he took time to explain things in detail to make certain we understood it all. Although they were a bit higher in price they offered more items in with the overall price that the other contractors that we got bids from did not have or was a significant price increase.

Their staff are always professional and prompt. I appreciate that they can schedule regular services during off hours. They cleaned and tested both units. Everything went great. I just feel that their cost is too high.

. The service tech (Jeff) was awesome. He really knew his stuff and was very personable also. He spent a while diagnosing problem and then informed me he could only due a partial repair. The compressor was leaking freon and he couldn't access the leak. Then we could look at replacement. I suggested we just go ahead with replacement. He stated if we bought from them the full repair would be taken off on a new unit. Sounded like a win win for us. He repaired our old unit. He had a sales guy (Jesse) come out the next day. Again very knowledgeable and personable as well. Prices were a bit high but after finding out what was standard. Really liked that they were full disclosure and could see all prices on anything they sold. I did some research about what we needed based on current standards and let Jesse do his thing he made the same recommendation. Great job!

They were higher priced than another estimate I had received, but they provided great service. They have their own brand of units made by an Emerald line and their products are very good quality. Our AC went out in August when it was very hot. They were able to get the unit installed within three days of their initial visit. They send us monthly reminders about maintenance and preventative services. When we had lightning strike and it damaged the compressor, Jerry Kelly came out and repaired it at no cost. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Perfect. I tell everyone to use Jerry Kelly for all their HVAC needs. After my husband passed, they sent someone right out to e plain the humidifier and everything to me, free.

They are fair in their pricing, and they do outstanding quality of work.

I was very pleased. They did the work in January 2013 and I spent about $6000. They did excellent work. Their prices may be a little bit high but it's worth it with the quality of work and the follow up that they give you.

I honestly don't remember how much the annual maintenance plan I have with Jerry Kelly costs. There are only a few bills I pay knowing the service provided are worth the yearly cost. Jerry Kelly is one of those. Ever since my old heating A/C system failed and Jerry Kelly provided prompt and efficient service I have been a faithful customer. Their responsiveness and their "normal" business hours (which are 7 days a week 8am - 8 pm) are designed to support the customer. It was only in the last few years that Jerry Kelly switched to these extended hours. I have been a customer longer than that and I know my old system always broke down on weekends or after hours making it hard to decide if I could wait until the next business day to call for service. These new hours have greatly reduced the concern that I would have to pay for an after hours call. I bought my new system from Jerry Kelly. I had a little problem with the unit when it was first put in (manufacturer defect, not a fault of Jerry Kelly) and Jerry Kelly replaced the entire thing at no cost to me. Their service personnel are always professional and timely. One other thing I really like that they do is "renting" the right to put their sign on my lawn after performing a service at my house. Other service providers have placed signs after doing service at my house. Those signs are immediately removed and thrown away by me. Those providers did not ask if they could advertise on my lawn nor did they offer me anything for that service on the contrary, I paid them. Jerry Kelly personnel always ask if they can place the sign and then provide me with a $10 gift card to place it there. I make sure it stays for at least a week. This most recent call was for the spring maintenance check. The serviceman arrived on time and performed his job quickly and quietly.

They arrived and completed the work on time and the time they said they would be here.

Everything went great. The men were very curteous and professional and answered all my questions. Work was done very promptly. Their customer service is always friendly when they call or you call them.

Furnace went out and called Jerry Kelly,and the old furnace was 12 years old and shot, so replaced furnace and outside AC unit ( same age as furnace) they had the new units there the same day and repalced them had the new ones up and running in about 3 hours, cleaned up after them selves very profesional, I have been doing the maintenance program with them - in the fall the prep the furnace and inthe spring they prep the AC unit. works great much quiter than the old units, and helped me get rebates from govenrment and from AmerenUE. EXCELLENT company highly recommend them

Last June I had Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning replace my furnace and air conditioner. I went with the top of the line, most efficient system they offered. I recently received my Ameren Energy Report for last year and it shows that my electric usage was down almost 10% and that my daily average cost was less than $3 a day. As for the install job, it could not have gone better. The crew arrived just when they were scheduled, explained what they were going to do, and got to work right away. They protected my house by wearing shoe covers and putting down a carpet protecting material and left the basement area cleaner that it was before they arrived. I know I could have found a cheaper system from someone else, but the quality of the work done, the professional appearance of the team and the after the sale attitude of this company is worth every extra penny spent.

Jerry Kelly is a great company. I had them out to clean and inspect my furnace. The technician found a crack in my heat exchanger and even took me to the basement to show me and go over all of the safety issue's with the crack. Replacing seemed like the best option since they have such an amazing warranty so they were out is no time to replace my furnace with a very efficient one. Everyone through the entire process was wonderful to work with and I look forward to working with them from years to come.

They were great! The gentlemen that came to my house called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very courteous and sensitive to the fact that I am a single mom/homeowner and even helped me out with some ceiling tiles that were coming loose in my basement! This was something that he didnt have to do, he just did it out of the kindness of his heart! While fixing that for me... he noticed some of the duct work had moved (probably due to the house settling at some point) and he adjusted that for me to make sure the air was coming through my vents properly. Overall it was a really great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with any Heating & Cooling problems! Ill be getting new equipment soon and there's no question as to who will be installing it! I will be using Jerry Kelly from now on :)

I called Jerry Kelly's office on Saturday, April 12 asking them to go out to a single family rental home that I own to do a furnace repair. The gentleman I spoke to said it was against company policy for them to go out to a rental property that they hadn't already been out to previously. He stated that they now only work with single family, owner-occupied properties. When I asked why, he said that landlords will just do the bare essentials and they don't want that kind of business. I think this is a ridiculous business policy, and it is insulting to me as a landlord to refuse to provide me service on the grounds that you don't think I am going to make a wise decision for my investment.

They showed up on time, replaced everything as stated in the contract. Picked up after themselves. Very friendly, explained everything . Everything done was included in the price, no extra charges.

Technician was professional and thorough.

I had one pretty big problem that made me decide to give them an F on price, and a B on quality. All things considered this is not a bad review. My biggest problem was that their salesman, I think his name was Shawn, sold me a unit utilizing the fact that they would cut my AC unit from it's construction bracket and use landscaping stones. He used hand gestures and explained that they use these on all of their units. If you use Jerry Kelly and care about landscaping stones be sure to stay on them about using them during installation. I was sold a unit with landscaping stones. I received a unit with none. Update: I received a call from Jill Kelly this morning. She apologized and said this is something that they will address from here on. They are also going to fix the problem.

They did not clean out what they were suppose to and they overcharged me for the work they did not do.

Everything went smoothly. The technician was thorough. I will be calling Jerry Kelly to do my maintenance in the future. Everyone I have talked to and dealt with has been friendly and knowledgeable. I am very confident my furnace and air conditioner will last a long time. Thank you Jerry Kelly for your outstanding and professional service. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

They fixed the furnace. Both visits came in freezing weather, were professionally expert, worked very hard with a drawback because pf previous technicians' shoddy work, and charged less than those inadequate workers. They were extremely considerate on top of this, and patient with an 89 year old woman who doesn't understand that well. I emphasize that both visits were during cold weatwhile those inadequate previous workers were doing maintenance checking and repair in good weather. I am very pleased with JKelly, grateful forr the workers' patient consideration, and I would recommend the firm and especially technicians Sean and Steve for their highly professional and considerate services without reserve..
