Alan and Ben were punctual and immediately started the changeout of our existing condensing unit with the new higher efficiency Emerald unit. Within a few hours all work was completed and the system was operating. They did a great job.

The salesman came on time and was professional and answered all of our questions.

When I first bought the house, I had them do a maintenance check and found out I had and I problems with the furnace burners, you know they do the video and show you. So I just had a furnace put in and I haven't had an ounce of trouble after that.

They are just the most wonderful people. They also have weekend hours.

The price is a little high, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely use them again. They are top quality. The workers are knowledgeable and are just good all around. They know what they are doing. It takes them about a half an hour to do the maintenance check. They put covers on their shoes. They are polite. They are knowledgeable and nice people. I can't think of anything they could improve upon.

I pay them monthly and they come out twice a year. Their price is a little high. They did installed the air conditioner and furnace and they were at least $300 more. I have used them for years. I used someone else one time and wasn't real happy with them. They cover up their shoes when they come into the house and don't make a mess. In the past, I have had people make a mess and not clean it up.

I don't remember when I started with them, but it was probably about five years ago. I would give their price an "A", but I am unable to speak intelligently to price.

I have a service contract with them.

They were very good. They were right on time. They were very professional -- they put stuff on their shoes when they came in. They did excellent work; the air conditioner is running cold. It took like 35 minutes or so to complete the work. They were in my neighborhood and they sent me a flyer in the mail and the price sounded good to me, so I used them.

Allen B and Ben S replace my 20yr old system yesterday and did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly and courteous. They explained the new system very well and made sure I was comfortable with everything. We had bids from three HVAC companies and chose Jerry Kelly because of their pricing, warranty and no pressure sales. Highly recommend!

It's Rich the rabbit, his name is rabbit because he moves so fast. His nest and everything was still there.They didn't charge us. He happened to have a part left over in his spare parts box, so he put it in there free of charge.

I think I can find it cheaper somewhere else. They do good work, but they are a little expensive.

I had a good experience. I was not available at that time, someone else took care of it for me. It was good.

My second opinion was from another well known experienced firm on Angie's List. Safety Check went fine and I signed up for annual heating and annual cooling.

Brandyn and Curtis were both extremely courteous, explaining in detail what needed to be done to keep our new system maintained and continue to work efficiently. We were walked through every step of installation, given details about the new unit, and left feeling "VERY Good " with our purchase and confident in the installation. They were professional and good spirited, leaving my home warm even on this cold dreary rainy day!

They came out and did the work and did excellent work but they didn’t really do much of anything and charged me $900 and then I called their customer relations and they snapped it down to $200. They came right out. They did pretty good after I called them.

Everything went according to schedule setup. The discussions with the sales person was pleasant and at no time was I pressured to commit to their offer. The installers were in and out in one day and all systems operating procedures were explained. Jerry Kelly took care of all energy credit applications to Ameren and Laclede Gas. I had used jerry Kelly in the past to service my AC system and I was credited the what I had spent for their evaluation and service expense. I am extremely happy with Jerry Kelly and recommend them to everyone.

They showed me how to do it. They didn't charge a service call for it. Their customer service was great. There was no reason for them to do it so they showed me how to do it. That was great. A lot of companies would take advantage of that. I've used them several times.
