Description of Work: The service was very professional. Service was performed in a timely and efficient manner. The technician was very friendly and he answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with the work performed and the operation of the equipment installed.

Description of Work: Replaced entire HVAC system including a humidifier, thermostat, all piping, and necessary duct work, plus a dozen furnace filters. Materials and workmanship were very good. They installed two loaner window a/c units to get us by until they arrived to install the new system.

Description of Work: After our a/c compressor failed, we solicited bids to replace it. Jerry Kelly recommended replacing the entire HVAC system because it was nearly 25 years old, and this would save money in the long run. They did not try to talk us into more expensive, higher efficiency systems since the payback timeline was too long for us, and they offered a much better warranty than competing contractors. They performed the work a few days after we signed the PO, finishing the job in the quoted time, and removed all scrap. The technicians were polite and professional.

Description of Work: My wife and I decided that after 13 years, it was time to replace our heating and AC system. We elected to purchase a new high-efficiency system from Jerry Kelly's and were not disappointed with the experience. Dave was kind enough to call and let me know when I could expect him, and he was right on time. He then took the time to lay down drop cloths and plastic to protect our carpet and tiled surfaces, and cared for our home like it was his own. While the installation took about an hour longer than expected, I think it was more about the care that Dave and Brandon took to make sure it was done right than to rush through it. All in all, we're delighted so far and look forward to a great system for years to come!
