Description of Work: They came out and fix a dead ac unit for me at my house. Just brought the house and the ac went out. Within the hour they told me they will be at my house within 30 minute. They had my ac back up and running within two hours.

Description of Work: The people I've used probably for the last 20 years or the last 15 or so. There is no relation. I was a referral, that's why they accepted me as a customer because I am really out of their range; which I can understand. They are just the most wonderful people. I have a maintenance agreement with them. Once a year in the spring, they come out to check my air conditioner. They have already been out. You know, it may have been in April, I did it early this year. In the fall they come out to check my furnace. People think that I pay way too much for that, but if you equal it out, it's only about $150 or $160 for the air conditioner and the furnace. I get 24 hour emergency service with that. In blizzard cold weather, my mother is 87; she lives with me and she can't stay in a house that's frigid. They would come right out. I really do like the company. They also have weekend hours. I just...Sapp county; there are a few people here in Sapp county that use them. I don't know if those were referrals as well. There is just that little oddity about it.

I WAS VERY PLEASED, BOTH SERVICEMEN THAT CAME TO OUR HOUSE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR HOME. JOHN WAS VERY THOROUGH IN HIS EXPLANATION OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. SARAH IN THE OFFICE ALSO HELPED US SO MUCH BY FINDING THE WARRANTY WE WEREN'T AWARE OF. ALSO OUR PROBLEMS AROSE IN THE MIDDLE OF A HEAT WAVE AND THEY WERE STILL ABLE TO RESPOND THE SAME DAY.
Description of Work: FIRST A CHECK WAS RAN ON OUR A/C COIL AND FOUND IT WAS LEAKING. THE WHOLE SYSTEM WAS CLEANED, INDOORS AND OUT. OUR BLOWER CAPACITOR WAS ALSO RUNNING LOW AND WAS REPLACED. THE FIRST VISIT WAS $490 AND INCLUDED THE WORK DESCRIBED ABOVE AND A SERVICE PLAN FOR TWICE YEARLY CLEANING AND CHECK. A REPRESENTATIVE IN THEIR OFFICE DISCOVERED OUR COIL WAS ACTUALLY STILL UNDER WARRANTY THAT WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT SO THE SECOND VISIT WAS $499 FOR THE LABOR AND FREON TO INSTALL THE COIL, BUT WE WEREN'T CHARGED FOR THE COIL ITSELF.

I FILLED OUT A FORM ON THEIR WEBSITE OVER A WEEKEND. THEY CALLED FIRST THING THAT MONDAY MORNING AND FIXED THE FURNACE THAT AFTERNOON. TOP QUALITY SERVICE, BUT I THOUGHT THE COST WAS A LITTLE HIGH FOR WHAT WAS DONE.
Description of Work: BLOWER WOULD NOT TURN OFF DUE TO A BAD RELAY ON THE CONTROL BOARD OF OUR FURNACE.

THEIR STAFF WAS ALWAYS ON TIME AND INSTALLED THE NEW FURNACE IN AN EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD MANNER. THEY EVEN REARANGED THE LAYOUT, SO THE DOOR INTO THE BASEMENT AREA THAT WAS PARTIALLY BLOCKED WOULD NOW OPEN COMPLETELY, BY MOVING THE HUMIDIFIER. THE PRICES WERE A BIT HIGHER THAN SOME, BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK AND THE PRODUCTS WERE EXCEPTIONAL. EVEN THE COUNTY INSPECTOR WHO CAME TO VERIFY THE WORK SAID, ''THESE PEOPLE REALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING'' ABOUT THE FINISHED WORK.
