Description of Work: Jerry Kelley Heating and Air Conditioning is an excellent company. They installed a new furnace and A/C for me about seven or eight years ago. Their maintenance fee covers a yearly furnace check and filter and a A/C check and filter for dehumidifier. They have night and weekend emergency service and are open seven days a week, so if you need weekend appointments call Jerry Kelly.

Description of Work: I had a breakdown of my old air conditioner and had them come out. The tech explained to me that it was basically on its last legs and any fix would be temporary. He showed me their line of air conditioners and hvac and they were competitively priced with others I had looked at. Plus the financing system they have with Wells Fargo helped us on the cost. The man was a bit pressuring on getting the better of two systems but not too bad. And they even performed all the repairs on my old system for free to keep it running temporarily till the new install could be scheduled. All in all a good experience and the install crew and workers couldn't have been nicer and more respectful.

Description of Work: On 10/10/12 in the morning. No heat on the 2nd floor which has a separate furnace. Called Jerry Kelly. Operator said service would be there between 9-11am. Shawn arrived at 9:30am. Determined that burners failed. Called for replacement parts and explained the problem and solution. Parts arrived within 30 minutes. Job completed by 10:45am. Shawn very professional and knowledgeable. Burner warranty for 3 years. Overall satisfied.
