It took almost a month from the time of purchase due to a long game of phone tag. They do not answer the phone when you call you have to leave a message. Response was much better as soon as I got a cell number to call.

All went well - it's been several months later and my lawn looks great.

They were planting trees and bushes for me as one of the bushes had died. I had two areas that I asked them to do that and they put in the wrong bush. I also wanted a pink cherry tree and they put in a white cherry tree. I wanted to do some more work with some of my bushes and they finally said they would replace it, but after replacing it it was still wrong. In some cases I knew what I wanted and got something completely different. So I am no longer using them.

not much to say here.workers removed tree limbs and undergrowth. the accomplished more than what i expected for the price.

My experience overall went just fine. They came out and did the work requested.

Every time we call them the girl working there keeps telling us that they are still working on the landscaping because they are really busy. We thing they are too busy for the work. The hauling experience went very well; it was good. Their staff members are very good, friendly and polite but they were late. There is a girl in the office that calls and sets the appointments; she was good and always returned our phone calls.

Requested service Angie's List. Recieved a call from them a couple of days later with an approximate day that they would perform the service. Received a follow up call the day before they came out to perform the service. Their was a week or so between the first call and the second. I tried to contact the company during this time to get an ETA and was not able to make contact. This was a minor issue. I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were awesome and over the top. They were really good. They came when they said they would and they did good work.

Service provided as stated. Very happy with the results.

They trimmed the bushes, but not outstandingly well, and left in about an hour, instead of asking me if I had anything else to be done (The coupon was for 2 hrs work.) I did not call the company to comment/complain, and I should have, if for no other reason than to give them a chance to explain.

The person I spoke to on the phone was helpful and friendly. The guys showed up when they said they would and aerated the lawn. It was quick.

Overall it was good. There was some misunderstanding about what I wanted. That was resolved.

Once again I was truly blessed in that the crew showed up, did their work, left a lawn sign asking people to remain off the grass until it dried, and before I knew it they were finished and gone. Talk about professionalism and prompt service! Most definitely a great experience for the cost, and I would most definitely use them again.

The voucher was for two hours, but they said it was a three hour job. I paid the extra money, but was not home when they did the work. They did pick up after they had left, but not sure how long they were there. Three hours seemed like a little long to do what little needed to be done.

Two very professional and prompt young men...They was very helpful in explaining how to take care of my yard...I would use them again.

We used them through a big deal on Angie's List. I liked that they were prompt, and provided the services that my husband and they went over before they did the work. They did a really good job. We would definitely use them again in the future.

The company was extremely friendly and professional. I received an e-mail of introduction thanking us before the service was completed, and they were very prompt in getting the service done. We'd be happy to use their services again in the future.

They were fine. They would give you an honest price upfront and they would deliver for the price they advertise. Their price is very good. We had a big rainstorm after their work and I got some erosion. I expect they'll come back and fix it. They were very responsive. Everybody in town was fully booked and they were able to come do the work when I needed it done.

It was good. It took them a little longer to get back with us but it was not their fault. The rains had come and they could not do their work until the weather was better. When they did, they did a good job.

The company did a very good job of hauling everything away in a timely manner.

It was difficult to schedule them and get them out. When they did come I asked them to do a power rake and paid extra for it. What they should have seen was that my grass did not need to be power raked. Now there are big spots of dirt. They should have used their best judgement and been upfront and told me my lawn didn't need it. I still had weeds afterward. They were a little bit higher in price with the power raking. I would probably not use them again.

Purchased their service thru one of Angie's "Big Deals" back in August. Have four bushes in the front yard that I wanted trimmed down to half their size. Received a call in September that they were coming out the next day, even though this did not work for me. Set up a different day and they showed up on time. However, I was informed that because of the amount of trimming I wanted done, they advised waiting until the winter when the bushes would be dormant to do all the trimming (like December). Didn't quite understand why because I've had these bushes trimmed while blooming in the past, and nothing has gone wrong. So, I agreed to wait. I also asked them about trimming some trees and the one guy took pictures and sent them to someone back in the office to get a price and was toldl I would hear from them. To this day, I have never heard from the office as to the cost of trimming these trees. We were now in January and still no sign of the bushes being trimmed or hearing from this company so I contacted them to ask when the work would be done. Never heard back. Called again the next day and was informed the workers were going to my house that day to do the work. Again, never informed me they were coming out and I was at work. When I got home that night, the bushes were trimmed back and the yard cleaned up. I'm pleased with the work they do (we'll see how the bushes are in the Spring), but would not use this company again due to the lack of communication between the company and client. P.S. Still have never heard about a cost for trimming the trees.
