Everything was great at time of service. The poor work was not seeable until weeks later.

Matt, a Landscape Foreman for Green Thumb, and two other gentlemen were right on time! They cut the bushes, raked up all of the clippings, and were finished in about 45 minutes. When asked if they would mind making a few adjustments, Matt told me that they would be happy to do anything to make the job right and to my liking. They all were very polite and meticulous in their work! They did a beautiful job and I have received numerous compliments on how nice the bushes look. I will highly recommend them to everyone and know that I will contact them for any other work I may need done in the future.

The work was completed as scheduled in spite of 1 or 2 rain delays. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the excellent work performed by Green Thumb and would use their services in the future. My yard is on its way to a complete recovery.

It took a while for me to get them to come over, and they forgot to do the seeding the first time. However, they sent someone out again right away when I called them about this.

Took over 6 appts before they showed up--sometimes they called, sometimes just no-showed. But it's finally done and at a good price.

Although it was a 400 dollar job, I used one of Angie's Big Deals for 50% of the cost. The guys were great, efficient and quick. In addition, they also cleaned up the area really well. I plan on going to them early next year for additional work on our garden and landscape. Thanks, Angie for introducing us to Jason and Green Thumb.

When I arrived to my home, one worker was sitting under a tree, one was on his phone walking around and the other was working. They said their machine was not currently working. They then left a bill for $125 on their way out. When I called the office, they explained that my lawn was larger than what the deal covered. We purchased the deal because of the price being lower than our regular lawn care service but in the end after the additional charges, it came out to be more expensive. They did not call to tell me that the size would require an additional charge, whcih was not honest of them. It was a bait and switch and I will not be using them again in the future. I would have considered them for future work but they lost a potential new client.

Core aeration was done on my yard, The company called a few days before the service date to confirm that they were coming and showed up on that day. They also did a great job cleaning up before they left.

Laura in the office said the work would be performed on Sept. 15 the first thing in the morning. I asked her what she meant by the first thing in the morning and she said between 7:30 and 8 am. 9:30am Saturday rolled around and still no sign of anyone, so I called the office and it was closed. I had previous work done by Green Thumb so I had the owners cell phone #. I called him and got his voice mail. About 15 minutes after I called the owner's cell phone they showed up at my home. With a silly grin on the workers face he said they fell behind. I asked them a few questions and they got to work. It looked like they were having a struggle with one of the aeration machines. The 2 guys working switched machines and went back to work. After they left I went out to see how much see and how deep the plugs were. There was quite a few bare spots that didn't have any seed or plug holes. After the new grass started coming up, I noticed there was quite a lot of new grass coming up in our mulch around our trees and other areas I didn't want grass. So now I have to spend my time and money to spray/kill the grass in those areas. It just seems like when I have used this company for various projects there has been some kind of issue I need to call them back for. They are very polite and professional, however it is frustrating to have to deal with the same issues more than once while paying good money to have someone come out to do work for us.

The did an awesome job. They came and cleared away a tree and shrub that died from the heat. The were extremely responsive. They came the next day after the initial consultation. They worked very quietly and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards!

I purchased this deal because I had neglected my lawn all summer and there were many bare spots. Right after I purchased it, the company CALLED ME to thank me for my purchase and to set up a time for them to perform the service!! VERY impressive! The workers came out on the date scheduled and did an amazing job. I will definitely use Green Thumb Lawncare again!

I have nevere seen such a poor job in aerating a yard. There were big areas missed. A pipe was broke, and I saw very little grass seed. When I talked to the owner he copped an attitude with me saying that there is no way that the technician knew he broke the pipe. The pipe was bright white and up about 2 inches from the ground. His response to me was "I'll be buy in 30 min to check it out". He did come and sent 2 men to fix it. They left a big gap all around the pipe where it enters the house . I had to go get some silicone caulking to repair the problem. I would never use these people again if the said it was for free.

They called and emailed me that they would be scheduling services within the next two weeks. One week later they called and told me what day they would be out. I said I might not be home and they said that would be no problem. They did come while I was gone. The job done was great, better than other companies in the past. Minimal plugs were left on the driveway and walks. The aeration was thorough, no areas missed. They left the invoice marked paid in the door as they said they would. I definitely will keep them in mind for future services.

Went very well. I called to set up the appointment. They informed me that they would call a few days before they were coming out to perform the job. They called on a Thursday and were out that Sunday morning to complete the job. E-mailed the owner with a question and he responded promptly to my e-mail. Job was performed with no problems.

Good job, except worker ran into my fence and bent it, and didn't tell me. Still waiting for owner to contact us.

While they were not very responsive by phone they did eventually come and do the work. I was disappointed in that the walkway is not completely level even after I noticed it during installation the workmen still did not manage to get it level. They also left some of the hard sand filler that I paid extra for on top of the pavers and also on the sides. Overall, I just give them an average grade. The extra cost above the special Angie's deal was because we needed more than the square footage offered which was no problem.

They came as scheduled, did the work and we have continued with more treatments. Good company, good customer service

I hired Jason and crew when I took advantage of the Green Thumb spring coupon listed on Angie's List to do lawn cutting and trimming for 4 weeks at a rental house that was being remodeled. I was so pleased with them that I hired them for the rest of the summer to continue cutting and trimming the lawns - front and back. I also hired them to fertilize and do weed control at Dad's house. I was so pleased with that that I hired them to do some weed control and fertilization at the rental house. They were very responsive and worked with me keeping track and billing me once a month which made things less confusing for me. They worked out so well that I asked them to clear out over growth at the rental house. Those weeds had established themselves so the crew had to spray the vegetation to kill it and then spend several hours digging up the roots to get rid of it all. I paid several hundred dollars to get all of that done- but what a difference it makes. They have been so easy to work with and very responsive that I have now hired them to keep up Dad's property for the rest of the summer and next summer. That entails cutting/trimming/cleaning up the grass, as well as keeping up the gardens - weeding, keeping them cut back etc. I called Jason, and spoke to him about the work. He walked around and got a list of what I wanted done and agreed to give me an estimate. Dad has almost an acre of property. The plan for care was ideal for my needs and the estimate was very reasonable. They are still doing work for me and I have hired them for next summer to carry out the same plan. I can't say enough good things about these guys! Excellent service and very reasonably priced!
