Description of Work: I had a stopped up toilet. I was expecting to be charged by the hour, so I also asked for the plumber to fix another toilet that keeps running. He charged by the task - $125 for the 5 minutes he took to clear the stoppage, and it would have been well over another $100 to fix the running toilet. I can buy a new flapper and toilet repair kit for a LOT less than that. Now, on top of the high charges, the toilet that had the stoppage now has a handle that sticks - it lets water keep pouring down the drain. It did not do this before. We found that he left the toilet with the lever stuck down and water running. I've used this company in the past, but never again.
