AA Quick Plumbing & Electric Sewer

We have used AA Quick in the past and were satisfied with the service but never again. They came out to unclog a drain in the upstairs bathroom and broke the pipe. The worker 'fixed' it by putting a trash bag and two towels around the pipe and left, telling us everything was good. The first time we used the shower, the water ran all the way down to the basement, damaging everything along the way and leaving a mess for us to clean up. We now have water damage to the ceiling in the main floor bathroom. All the insulation in the pipe area had to be removed and now needs to be replaced. They did come back out and fix the pipe properly this time but owner refuses to take responsibility for the damage caused by his worker's negligence and incompetence. All could have been avoided if the worker had been honest about what he obviously knew about. I do not recommend using this company unless you want more problems than you bargained for. Only gave one star because I couldn't leave less.

Very well! I called between 7:00 and 8:00 on a SUNDAY MORNING and the plumber finished the work by 10:00 AM. The bathroom toilet was a bit sluggish lately, but on Saturday night it just didn't have any suction. When flushed, it would drain very slowly and not completely suck down the paper. It was the same Sunday morning, so after looking at reviews and phone book ads for a number of companies, and contacting another emergency provider that couldn't send anyone until Monday, I called AA Quick. The scheduler was polite and efficient. The plumber works a regular weekend shift, so AA did not have to call someone in specially. The plumber stated that he decided to start the day with my job because it was the most urgent. He examined the bathroom toilet, and the one right under it in the basement. He told me what he proposed doing and quoted a price. I asked him to go ahead with both toilets. He got right to work and within a short time had augured both toilets and checked the valves. Now I have working toilets. Super fast service. I have not given a grade for quality because it's now 10:20 so I need to give that some time before I assess, but looks good as of now.

They were hard workers and they got the job done and left it better then when they found it. They clean up the whole mess and make sure to do amazing work! They are my heroes! I always know they will take care of me and not screw me over when I have a plumbing issue! I will ALWAYS call them first when I need help!

It took awhile for them to get here. It took three days total. It was a day and a half before they got out here. I called on the second day and he said they couldn't get away earlier than that from another job. I would've appreciated a phone call to at least let me know. I was a little disappointed that they didn't call to let me know they weren't going to make it on the scheduled day. They should be responsive enough to notify the next person if they are going to be delayed. The work was fine.

Arrived quickly. Fast, efficient and good price. Pleasant to deal with in trying situation.

I called in the early afternoon and they had someone at my house within a couple of hours. The serviceman carefully identified what and where the problem might lie and then fixed the problem. The price was lower than the last company I had do this work and their guarantee was better--three months instead of one month. We were grateful to have the problem resolved!

It went well. Steve arrived and identified himself. I let him in and guided him to the basement. He and my husband talked through the issue and the work began immediately. He snaked the stack, flushed the drains three times (each time per every foot distance of the pipe), and completed the task. He was done in no time, offered some tips/suggestions for the future and he was on his way. He left the area clean, was courteous, and professional -- and kind of funny, too! The service desk manager may have forgotten to call and let us know he was on the way. But that wasn't a problem. He arrived within the two-hour window guesstimate she provided so we were prepared.

I called in the morning about a sewer drain backing up in the basement. They sent someone out the same day to clear it. The service technician, Bill, was efficient but grumpy. He cleared the obstruction in a short while. I was satisfied with the service and would use them again.

I called and was told it would be a few hours. A few hours later the crew arrived, quickly went to work, and cleared the drain. Less than an hour later the drain was clear and I was up and running. Good company. My go to place for drain cleaning.

I called the company on a Saturday and they were able to send someone out less than an hour after I called. Bill met me at my house and I told him that our drain had been backing up in the basement. Less than an hour later he had cleared out the roots blocking up the drain. He was courteous, efficient and professional. They were offering a web special so I got the drain cleaning for under $100. I highly recommend this company.

It went okay. They were about 4-5 hours late. We had to call them while we were waiting, and finally they answered but still came out an hour and half after they said they would.

I thought they were ridiculously priced too high.

Jim, the plumber was great. Professional and thorough. I thought the price was fair as this was a weekend. I called at 11am on Saturday, and he was here about 1:45 and worked till 4pm The only thing I think they could improve on is first line communication. The lady on who answered the phone gave me all the information and said the tech would call. When I still hadn't heard anything at 1pm, I called back. She said when she heard from him, she'd have him call us. After waiting so long, I didn't feel very confident that it would happen. A follow up phone call from the office earlier or some kind of time frame would have been good. When they did call he was here within 30 minutes. The "c" rating for responsiveness pertains to the office call. Overall, the office was ok, the tech was very good. I would use them again and recommend them to friends.

I called them on Saturday, August 23, at approximately 6:00 p.m. about a clogged kitchen drain. She indicated they were running behind and they wouldn't be able to get to my house for another 3 hours; but they could send someone out Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. I said Sunday morning would be fine. At 9:55 a.m. I called because no one had shown up nor had anyone called me to indicate they were running late. I was told they were running late but they should be at my house soon. Another hour went by, so at 11:00 a.m. I called again since no one had shown up nor had anyone called to give me an update. I told her I wanted to cancel the service call all together, and she said she would let the workmen know. Phone calls to update me would have helped versus me being the one doing the calling -- and a simple apology when I canceled would have been appreciated.

Made the telephone call at 2:10pm on Saturday. They arrived within the estimated arrival time. He snaked the drain in the basement floor. Was professional and courteous. Great job!

The technician checked out the area, brought in tools and started working. He "snaked" it with a cutting head attached to a long, flexible cable. The end of the cable was attached to a drill to rotate. He added 10' lengths as needed. I watched the whole thing (it was interesting). The job is messy by nature, but he cleaned everything up and was out of the house in less than an hour.

A very nice man came to my house very quickly after I called that my sewer drain was overflowing. He was prompt, professional and did a very good job of clearing my drain. I have used AA Quick Plumbing and Electric Sewer for over 10 years, always with very good results. Unfortunately I seem to need this service every 3 or 4 years but when I do, I always call this company for very quick service and good results. I would highly recommend AA Quick Plumbing and Electric Sewer to anyone needing plumbing or sewer services.

Phoned problem into business at 1 PM. Contact stated they would be out in about 3 hours. Actually arrived at 7 PM; however, the receptionist kept me informed of the progress of the service employee who was slated to accomplish the work order to include when he finished the work order just prior to mine and when he left that assignment and was enroute to my residence. "John" was courteous, professional and went to work immediately on arrival. Ours is an historic 127 year old home with the original cast iron sewer pipes. He had obviously prior experience with such plumbing , wasted no time estimating the problem situation knowing where the blockage was and within less than an hour had cleared and cleaned out the line.

They were prompt and effective. They were good. My husband has used them more than once, so I am assuming that he likes them.

I had an emergency sewer backup on a Sunday. They were there within an hour and were able to unclog my sewer lateral.

.These young men were courteous and very knowledgeable about their job. They were efficient and patient as they responded to several questions I had. I was very impressed with them and I could see why my landlord does business with them. Great company!!!

We called to make an appointment; we were told we'd get a return phone call to make those arrangements "within a few minutes," but no one ever called back. Unprofessional and rude.
