Very responsive. Called on a Thursday, and by Tuesday evening I had my new fixtures in place. The gentlemen doing the work were very professional and polite, listened to what I wanted and took care of everything else. There was a little bit of cleaning up to do after they left, but everything else was perfectly done.

The first repairman inspected the sewer and determined that it could not be opened from the basement. He said that another repairman would come out shortly. The second repairman arrived about 30 minutes later and went to the roof. After several attempts, he was able to cut the roots away and open the sewer.

Water pushed back up the basement floor drain while the washer was in use causing a small flood. I used my wet/dry vac to remove the water and dry out the carpet. I called A.A. Quick for service the next day and received an appointment for the same day. Bill arrived at the appointment time and went right to work. He first made sure I did not have a outside sewer blockage before heading for the basement. I left him to work and apprx 15 mins later he was done. He explained to me a lint clog was interfering with the out flow of water. The clog was removed and my drain works fine again. Because I had used Angie's List, I was able to receive a $12.00 discount. In these times every little bit helps.

Todd came within a half an hour of calling. I had called a few other places, but they were booked for the next few days. Fast and friendly. AA Quick had done a drain clean out for me previously, and they arrived quickly then, too.

I called on a Sunday at about 11 AM. By 12:30 PM the job was finished, and the plumber was gone. He came in, took a look, got his tools, and he was finished. No mess, no water. Left it cleaner than it was in the first place. Great service.

Our sewer drain in the basement baked up with over an inch of water. It tends to back up a few times a year from roots in the front yard. I called AA Quick and they came in less than an hour. The work took about a half hour to complete. We had worked with them before, one of the quickest and most competitively priced drain cleaners weve used. They have a coupon in the yellow pages.

Our sewer backed-op on a Saturday evening. My wife called AA Quick and spoke to a real person, got a quote over the phone and scheduled a Sunday service call. The plumber arrived on time, did a great job and charged us what was quoted.

Danny came to my home to look at the drain. He suggested that I leave it alone until it backs up again ;which could be never. (It had been opened by an emergency repair company). He was prompt and polite and offered to do the work if I preferred. He did not charge for the visit.

The company responded very quickly for a Saturday morning and did not charge any overtime like some companies. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but could have been more thorough. This is a perfect company for emergencies.

They were great, very professional and clean, did a good job.

Ed was very polite, on time and professional. I have called on AA Quick for many years, & everyone has always been very friendly & professional- a local, family owned, quality company with 24-hour service at a flat rate. I'm not sure how the pricing compares to other companies.

Great job, repeat customer called as soon as problem appeared. Would recommend to anyone. I actually did recommend them to a friend because they are dependable.

Good. Prompt. Also warned us of extra cost if they had immediate response. Price seemed somewhat high for just replacing the guts of the toilet, but it worked fine after they repaired it.

I HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE CONTRACTOR ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TO INSTALL MY SEPTIC SYSTEM. MY NEW HOME WAS COMPLETED EXCEPT FOR THE SEPTIC SYSTEM, AND I OF COURSE COULD NOT GET AN OCCUPANCY PERMIT WITHOUT THE SYSTEM. BRENDA RUSH WAS CALLED AT NOON, AND ARRIVED BY 2:00 PM TO PROVIDE A FAIR, AND REASONABLE ESTIMATE TO COMPLETE A JOB PARTIALLY STARTED BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. SHE BEGAN WORK AT 7:00 AM THE NEXT DAY, AND HAD THE SYSTEM PROPERLY, AND LEGALLY INSTALLED BY NOON THE FOLLOWING DAY. I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH I APPRECIATED HER PROMPTNESS, SINCERITY, AND PROFESSIONALISM. SHE REALLY PULLED MY FAMILY OUT OF A DEEP HOLE, AND MADE IT POSSIBLE FOR US TO MOVE INTO OUR NEW HOUSE IN A TIMELY MANNER.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. ALSO, THE PLUMBER WAS COURTEOUS. ALTHOUGH I THOUGHT THE COST WAS A LITTLE HIGH, THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

THE EMPLOYEE ARRIVED ON TIME AND CALLED AHEAD AS AGREED. HE WAS FRIENDLY BUT HAD A SOMEWHAT SLOVENLY APPEARANCE. HE DID A ''BARE MINIMUM'' JOB, USING A SINGLE BIT TO REAM OUT THE SEWER. I LATER LEARNED THAT MOST PLUMBERS WOULD SUCCESSIVELY USE SEVERAL PROGRESSIVELY LARGER BITS. DUE TO A MISUNDERSTANDING, A SECOND PLUMBER CAME OUT THE VERY SAME DAY TO DO THE SAME WORK AND FOUND THAT THE SEWER STILL CONTAINED A GREAT DEAL OF ROOTS AND OTHER FOREIGN MATTER. IN OTHER WORDS THE JOB HAD NOT BEEN VERY THOROUGHLY DONE. I WOULD SAY THIS COMPANY IS THE PERFECT CHOICE IF YOU NEED YOUR SEWER UNBLOCKED RIGHT NOW (ESPECIALLY AT OFF HOURS), BUT YOU WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO PAY MORE TO GET IT DONE RIGHT.

WAS PLEASED THEY HAD SATURDAY HOURS. TECHNICIAN WAS PUNCTUAL. HOWEVER, HE SAID HE WOULD BE CALL MONDAY WITH A BID - HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING YET. (3 DAYS LATER)

THE YOUNG MAN ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANNER, WAS PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. HE ADDED ON THE PATIO DRAIN WHEN ASKED WITHOUT HASSLE.

THIS WAS A BAD SITUATION, WE HAD SEWAGE BACKING UP INTO OUR BATHTUBS. THEY CAME QUICKLY, DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND AT THE BEST PRICE.

WE LIVED IN A HOUSE WHERE TREE ROOTS WERE CUTTING INTO OUR SEWER LINES, BACKING THINGS UP. THEY HAVE COME OUT AND HELPED US AND OTHER NEIGHBORS AND WE WERE VERY SATISFIED.
