He came out and was very rude, did nothing but complain, and was not wearing the correct attire to do plumbing in. I didn't have him do the work for me.

Our sewer was backing up into our bathrooms and laundry room, this is a big deal for us due to the fact we live in a slab house. AA Quick Sewer was not so quick to respond, we placed a call for help from them on a Saturday early evening (4:30pm), and was told it would be about 3 hrs, a second phone call was placed around 4 hrs later and we were told it would be a couple more hrs, a few more hrs later a 3 call was made for help and they told us it would me a few more hrs. The next morning we placed another call and was told it would be approximately 4 hrs again, well 3 hrs later they showed up. The guy that showed up was professional, courteous, and did the job in a timely manor.

They did an excellent job. The quality was good.

They were fine and they were quick. The price was very reasonable. They were efficient and reliable. Their price was in the normal range for that kind of service; it was not extremely high or low. I haven’t had a problem since then. They were definitely punctual and professional. I would possibly use them again.

They did a good job for me. They were responsive and they got here within an hour or so. I thought that the price was pretty fair. They came right out and did it, and may be I could have gotten it done for a few dollars less but I didn't mind spending that for it. I don't know what the price is because I didn't shop. I just needed it since the toilets weren't flushing properly and got that taken care of. He said that he would have somebody out there within an hour and he came within an hour. He was professional and did his work and got it done and left. He seemed to know what he was doing.

We called at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night and they came within the hour and were finished in under an hour. We were very pleased with Kyle's professional manner and his efficiency. We will definitely use this company again!

I called due a water backup in my kitchen sink. I felt the problem was a clog and poor workmanship of the drainage system under the sink. I thought I had taken care of the clog and the source of the continued backup was the drainage system. I called just before noon and a repair person came out around 4:40 PM. He diagnosed it as a clog in a lateral line under the basement floor that drains the sink. He augured the line from the sink cleanout in the basement and pulled a a mass of goo about the size of a tennis ball. He then came upstairs cut out the bad drain pipes and revamped the entire drainage system. Bottom line the bill was $155. Heck I've paid in the $200's for a standard clean out from other services. I recommend these folks highly. Total time here was about an hour and I'm a happy camper. I found these folks via Angies list. It's my first service provider found this way and I am highly satisfied.

We had an excellent experience with Mike. He showed up early, explained everything as he went along and did a fantastic job. The area he was working in was clean when he left. He took away the old plumbing & sink for us as well. We will definitely use O.J. Laughlin Plumbing again!

Because of the basement being flooded, my husband refused to pay.the $116.00. When I called AA Quick and asked for the name of the owner, the person answering the phone hung up on me. I did talk to someone the following day who said they did not have insurance to cover my damages and suggested I report the flooding to my homeowner's insurance. He suggested that we pay them $200.00 for TV repair at which time he might be able to reduce the cost ot any repairs to cover my damages. My utility room is in the basement and so is my den and family room. I had to tear up and replace carpeting in my den and family room and throw out clothing and other items that were damaged in the flood. At the time of calling AA Quick there was a small pool of water surrounding the drain no bigger than a dinner plate. In the 14 years I have lived here I have never had a flood in my basement, so this was a first. I have used AA Quick before and never had a problem. Because they are uninsured and will not pay for damages caused by their employees and the name of the owner is not on any public records( I checked with the Secretary of State Office),I would be reluctant to do business with them or recommend them to anyone

We had a sewage backup in the drain in our laundry room over a holiday weekend that didn't recede at all on its own, so we had a lake of sewage in the basement, and couldn't shower, flush, or wash anything without making it worse. I called our usual roto-rooting service at 6am on Tuesday (after the Monday holiday) and found that the number was disconnected. I found AA Quick on Angie's list, and they promised a worker in about two hours. They didn't blink when I told them they'd need to use a roof access to reach the sewer pipe. The worker called about two hours later and got there very soon afterward. He didn't take time for conversation but got right to business as soon as I showed him the situation. He was up on the roof in no time and thoroughly cleared the pipe all the way out. He then ran water throughout the house to check the speed of the laundry room drain, and ended up snaking the drain, as it had its own clogs from toilet paper and other house debris that was slowing the drainage after the backup. The drain cleaning cost an extra $40, but it was much needed. I still had to scrub the floor afterward where the lake had been, but I expected that. Otherwise he was very clean and fast.

I was very impressed by how fast AA Quick responded (arrived within 1 1/2 hrs after calling them about 7pm on a MON evening) and the courteousness and thoroughness the serviceman Mark . I'll definitely call them in the future and recommend them to others :)

We have an older home with clogged drains that periodically overflow. We've called our plumber ever couple of years, and he always ends up coming out twice to clear the clog and charging each time just to run a snake down from the roof vent. A&A came out and analyzed the locations of the lines, the drain accesses, and snaked the faulty lines from the basement. They warned it would cause a mess, prepared the site, and cleaned it up afterward. They didn't charge any more than our plumber and knock wood, the line has been running fine since.

They were recommended by a family member, and I totally agree with their ( and Angie's List )recommendation.They fixed the leaky pipe, and also talked to my husband over the phone about a joint my husband thought might be a problem, but he checked it and it looked okay to him and me. He could easily have gone ahead and replaced the joint to increase the cost of the job, but he treated us fairly.

Each time the service provider arrived within an hour to an hour and1/2 of being called. Bcz I am a regular cutomer Bill comes in already knowing what the problem is. The basement drain is checked and clean first. Even if the water starts to flow out of the inside drain again, they still go out and check the outside drain for any blockage. During the last visit, it was dicovered that my cover for the outside drain was missing. Bill measured the drain so I would know what side to buy and came up with a way to cover the drain until I could purchase another cover. Great guys! I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.

I have had them do a variety of jobs for myself and my mother over the past three years. They have always been courtous and very prompt. They will give you a price up front and I have never been charged more than the initial quote What I like the most about them is the way that they have treated my mother (age 79) when we have had work done in her home. They talk directly to her in a very respectful manner. They have repeated what they said until she hears/ understands and have never lost patience with her.

I had a good experience with the employee and he was very happy to answer any questions I had. He was took the time to be sure that he cleaned as much as he could out of the pipes. I called about 6 other places and most wanted $140-$145. The highest was about $160 but that higher place did agree to do it for $130 when I said I didn't want to spend more that $130. However, they had to give me a call back to be sure they could do it the same day. While I was waiting, I called AA Quick and picked them instead.

It went great. They were the only company open on Saturday when I called around 11:30. The lady said someone would be here in about and hour. The guy showed up in about 45 mins. He had the job complete in about 15 mins. They were not the cheapest that I have seen on here, but I was just happy they were able to come out that fix it that day. My only complaint was that he left the junk that was clogged in the pipes laying in the yard. That was kinda gross. Overall the guy was great.

We have used AA Quick Plumbing many times over many years, but this is the first time we had a recommendation by Angie's List--because we are new members of Angie's List. We have always been satisfied with the quality of work demonstrated by AA Quick, and it's good to know that many other people feel the same way. Since we are members, I felt entitled to call Angie's for a recommended plumber, and I was pleasantly surprised when AA Quick was suggested. How did it go? Pretty basic--the plumber arrived on March 28 (the day after I called), spotted the leak, tore into the wall under the sink, and replaced the garbage disposal and the kitchen sink drain. Today, we were so relieved that 1) the plumber came within a couple hours of our call (because we had to go somewhere) and 2) it was the same plumber, who we really like and 3) we weren't charged even though it was a completely different leak under the sink. The rubber part with a clamp that leads from the dishwasher to the drain had frayed off and the plumber said that was very unusual.

The company came to the house within 15 minutes of my phone call, although they had given me a 2 hour window. The young man assessed the situation and had the job done very quickly. He was very friendly and professional. I will call them again when needed.
