Description of Work: Annual maintenance of A/C unit & air handler.

Description of Work: This was several years ago, but we called to get a thermostat installed in our mobile home because the one we had didn't have a switch to change from heat to air (there was one central switch on the furnace). They were the cheapest in town, but when the tech got there, he almost caught our furnace on fire when he wired the high and medium speeds of the fan together. He had to call in another tech and they fixed it. Then at a later date the heating element burned out, and the tech that "fixed" the thermostat told my wife that it was his fault the element burned out. I was at work when this conversation took place, but I have no reason to believe my wife lied about it. When he came to fix it, I asked him about it being his fault, and he said he never said that, and charged us for the new element anyway. He "graciously" didn't charge us labor, but still, I wouldn't and haven't called them back after that incident. I'll pay more for more professional service from people who know what they're doing.
