Arrived on time. Stayed late first day to get A/C going as it was a hot day. Professional install, very neat job. They even picked up and hauled away trash. Made sure we understood how the new system worked.

I have a service agreement with them and I have been using them for several years. They always send the same service person no matter what the problem.

Wendel, the installer, plus his crew of other installers arrived on time, installed our unit, explained how to use the unit, gave us his home phone # in case we had questions. Cleaned up all their trash and left.

I was having an issue with my heat, so I thought, and I called a local company ( won't say the the name) and they put me on a waiting list and said, "I will get to you soon and call when I am on my way". Well 6 hours later while sitting in a cold house with outside temperatures in the single digits, I felt the strange urge to try another company. That is when I called Garners. The lady was extremely professional and nice when she answered the phone. She asked what my furnace was doing and within seconds gave me a few ideas to try. She said if that doesn't work please call back. Well the call was not necessary; however, this great review is. I highly recommend Garner. They are a company that truly knows customer service and are not out to rip you off. Thank you!!

All aspects of the work was very professional. The installation took longer than either they or I expected, but Garner honored their bid regardless. Their cleanup after the installation was complete was great.

We called Garner and the same day they sent Windle out for a quote. They installed the very next day. Good service, nice crew, even vacuumed up after they were done.

Great. He came in I told him what the fireplace was doing and he said that is easy. Explained how the dust gets thicker and thicker inside the top area and this makes a terrible smell and makes your eyes burn and then the smoke detector goes off even though there is no smoke. He checked several times for smoke etc. After blowing out all the dust and letting it burn for a few minutes it all went away and I have not had problems since. I would be glad to use this company again.

Everyone we dealt with at Garner's was professional in our transaction regarding installation. They were very careful laying down plastic protectors on carpeting & cleaning up following installation.

When I got home from work very late at night on 9/20/12 I discovered that my water heater was leaking and probably had been for a day or two. The water heater is in a 'closet' so I didn't notice the leak until the water leaked out of the closet. I had seen TV ads for Angie's List, so checked there for someone to replace my water heater. I found a company that I have used for furnace repair (Garner's.) I called them the next morning along with a couple of other companies. Garner's was the only place that seemed interested in helping me. Of course they were already booked up for that day, but said that they would schedule me after hours at additional charge, unless I could wait until Monday. I wasn't about to deal with a leaking water heater all weekend, so told them after hours would be acceptible. They said that it would probably be around 5PM, depending on when the repairman completed his already scheduled appointments. I said that was OK. Around 5PM the repairman called to say he'd be at my house in about 15 minutes. There were two repairmen. In a little over an hour they had drained the old heater, removed it and installed the new heater. They said that I'd have hot water in about an hour. The total charge was about what the estimate had been. There was a coupon for 10% off parts for furnace/ac repair on Angie's List for Garner's and when I was making the appointment I asked if they would honor it for the water heater. They said they would.

Slow installation = needed various trips to complete fireplace, because wrong parts ordered.

They were able to get to it quicker than I assumed. They were quick and got the job done. The cost was lower than expected. I have used them several times and I have not thought about going with anyone else.

They are very up front. Their prices are good. They are available over the weekends if you need them. They will do almost anything you need.

I would use them again. They were very friendly, explained what they were doing and was a good company to deal with. They were personable.

Kenneth B. did a satisfactory job and I am satisfied with his work and would use him again. He was on time and pleasant in manner.

He was pleasant and explained everything to me. Even taught me to use my control to the fireplace. Explained I would need a new pilot assembly, about how much, and even said it would probably be ok another year.

He arrived at 8:50 am for an 8:00 am and went right to work. He did a very thorough job.

Service tech arrived on time. After checking furnace and realizing he needed a different model filter for the humidifier, he left and soon returned to complete the job. Once finished, he reported that everything checked out fine and gave me a detailed bill and cost of the replacement filters.

Easy to get appointment. Service person punctual, friendly, and professional. Seemed to do thorough inspection.

The tech was courteous to me and was polite. Just a little amazed at the price quoted, going to ask around if that is typical or too large of money to spend.
