They did a great job and got it finished in about one day. The roof looks great to me. I would let other people know that if they should get other estimates they should probably call them and let them know about the other bids so you can compare and talk to them about it. I think their price and everything was fair; I thought they were great.

I will give them the highest grade, all As across the board.

I picked him out of the phone book; we had several bids and he came in very well on price. He also could give us what we wanted such as putting in light sun tunnels; he was approved by the manufacturer to do it. We needed particular shingles to be used for the tax credit; he ended up giving us similar shingles but we were unable to get his shingles on the tax credit so I was a little concerned about his professionalism. The quality was good, he always returned calls and he and his crew were right on time. I will use them again in the future.

I had a leak in the garage and it was coming from the roof. They were the original roofers in 2003. I will use them in the future.

We had roof damage due to a hailstorm. After contacting our insurance agent, we called Dale's Roofing and a representative called on us within a couple of days. He gave us quotes on several styles of shingles, we decided on one, and he set up a tentative date for installation. The crew of five showed up on time, worked neatly and efficiently, and were polite. They also repaired a couple of areas where the original contractor had misaligned the sub-roof. This is truly a professional company.

They originally replaced the roof in 1999, I think about ten or eleven years ago. They have been out numerous times after that for maintenance work and to repair leaks. I have had complaints about their work; so I went to the person that did the work. I am replacing my roof again and I am not using them.

Everything went very well, they were very neat. They cleaned up everything at the end of each work day.

I had a little problem that caused vibrations, and it cut part of the rafter out. That doesn't seem too safe.

Very well, if they wouldnt have done that than I would have had to put in a claim. They were very proffessional and were very knowledgeable.

The roofing crew (Hispanic and non-English speaking) replaced almost the entire roof fairly quickly (3 days) and seemed to work hard. There was a portion of the house that had a problematic flat roof over a bay window off the kitchen. The roof had been fixed for about a year. After the new roof was done, the flat portion started leaking worse than ever before. They returned 7-8 times and never got the leak fixed. Finally the owner told me it was just a "coincidence" that the roof started leaking the first rain after the new roof was installed, and they weren't going to come back to work on it any longer. I've since had to hire other roofers to work on this problem. I wouldn't recommend them for any kind of flat roof. (They put the original flat roof on and it leaked from the beginning.)
