We do not know who installed the roof, but Dale's has been out 3 times for repairs. This time they had to replace a shingle. They considered it warranty work. Amazing customer service.

They did a nice job on the roof. I was satisfied with the work. There were three guys here and it took about a day and half to complete everything.

Dales Roofing completely replaced our roof due to storm damage (it did not leak) just damamge. After the work was done, it did leak. They responded and Dale Jr found the issue and corrected it. I asked for a ceiling in one room to be painted due to the leak. He handed me a can of Kilz, White! I advised our ceiling was NOT white! That was all he had for now. It again leaked. He came out again and said he found the issue and corrected it. I asked again to get the ceiling painted. He was to turn it in to the office. After a few months of calls and no repsone, and advising I would call BBB and file a report. I called our Insurance company. They called Dales Roofing. I received a call that day. They had a third party come out. He painted the ceiling then and there. It took about an hour. Should have been done correctly the first time. I will NOT use them again and advise others the same.

Very punctual and what I liked is that they called several times to make sure we were satisfied with our work before they sent out their statement.

Dale himself came and did the repair.

The repair work was done in mid-January. The leak was in an area where a standing seam and composition roof come together at a stucco second story gable. The roof was frost covered but did not stop him from moving forward with the work. He was professional and knowledgeable. Also found the location of a length of fascia that had blown off which was on the other side of the house which he repaired. He completed the work in the time frame he promised. Although we have not had any big rains, we are not seeing any indications of the leak from melting snow and ice. A heavy rain will be the true test of how well the leak was repaired. We expect it to be fine.

He was very courteous and professional and did a good job.

They were efficient, they came when they said they would. The roof looked great. We've have hail damage this year and we are going to use them again. The crew didn't speak English.

After the June 2013 hail storm we were contacted by Dales Roofing informing us of damage on our roof. They had been out a few weeks before giving us an estimate on doing maintenance on our shake roof and the estimate writer remembered us and wanted to inform us of the damage. We provided the estimate to our insurance and then signed the contract with Dales after the insurance approved the replacement. When signing the contract we were told that they were two weeks out and that they would give us some addresses to drive by and look at colors of other houses they had done. Several days went by and nothing from Dales about where to view our color options. I contacted Dales and were given the addresses and we quickly chose our color and emailed Dales with our selection. That was the last time we heard from Dales for over a month. When we finally contacted Dales asking where they were we were informed that our shingles we selected were special order and it had delayed the installation and that work should begin the following week. Again, no contact from Dales for two weeks until we called again asking where they were. Now we did have a lot of rain during this time and we understand that this pushed everything back, but you would think they would call at least once a week to keep us updated. Finally, we were called telling us that they would begin on Monday. Monday came and no one showed up. We called and were informed that it would be Tuesday. Tuesday morning came and still nothing. Finally around lunch time one worker showed up to deliver the decking. He was by himself and clueless as to why there was no crew at our house to help him unload. So he began unloading by himself one sheet at a time. Being a human I could not stand to watch this so I assisted him in the unloading which took more than an hour. Every house on this street has had to replace their shake roof and not one of them has had to unload the decking by hand. The companies that they use have forklifts to do the unloading. After we completed the unloading a few more hours passed and the supervisor came by again clueless as to why we did not have a crew on our roof. At this time he told me that the crew that would be doing my roof were all "Legal" and good workers and had been working for Dales for years and if I had any problems to contact him. This was my first clue that I was paying Dales to subcontract out my roof to independent roofers. On Dales roofing website their is a step by step on the process of replacing roofing. I am here today to tell you that my roof was not done anywhere close to this outlined process. While the crew were nice and quick they were messy leaving items on the lawn causing it to die back. Leaving piles upon piles of trash overnight because their trailer was broken. If the process that Dales indicated would have taken place the roof that was removed should have all been removed over the house and onto the driveway, tarps would have been placed on the landscaping to catch smaller items, and nothing would have been left on our lawn. Now, again the crew that came did a good job, but they just did not do what Dales said the process would be. We chose Dales for this very reason, and paid more for this. We could have easily gone with another company paid less and gotten the same results. Our roof looks great, but we feel we overpaid for the extra services Dales website sells to potential customers in which we did not receive. 10/6/2013 Yesterday we had substantial rains and had water coming through the ceilings in our guest room. Called Dales and was told they would have a project manager contact me. A day later and still no contact or repair. With the amount of water entering our home Dales obviously did not inspect the roof upon completion. Will be making a trip to their offices tomorrow. I am hoping to be able to move their quality score back to an "A" but as for their responsiveness it will remain an "F"

Great. Called Dale's roofing. The receptionist is always pleasant. Expressed concern about a couple of shingles and rep was here the next day to fix shingles and checked all of the roof. Someone had come out at least two times previously, at my request , following damaging storms in the area. There had not been any damage on those visits.

They were great. They came in at about 6 o'clock in the morning and had it all done by 8 o'clock at night.

He was on time, very professional and honest.

It was a good experience. They did the repair quickly, well, and within my budget.

I had Dales out to look at a leak in my roof. They had put in my roof about 15 years ago. I was soo sure I needed a new roof because of the age. The gentleman that came out looked at my roof told me I had a leak and it would be 275 to fix it. I then asked him about my roof and he said I had a few more years on my roof not to worry about. Be sure to get an estimate from Dales you will love them!

Dale's Roofing Inc. that's been two or three years ago. It was fine. It was good.

Done very well as far as we can tell. Have a patio covering that was improperly roofed, causing water to leak onto plywood underlayment. Replaced that plywood area, tore off previous work (not done by Dale's) and put down proper roofing surface. Flashing around the chimney needed a fix as well which was quite the operation to watch and I hope lasts as we expect. Also had Dale's replace air vents on our other home's roof, done efficiently and solved the leak problem.

My experience with them has been very good. They have been around for a long time. They were very upfront and honest that it could probably go another season without doing a total repair. They were punctual, on time, professional, honest and upfront. I just think they're a really quality outfit.

The service was good. I spent $ 300 for the service. They did the exact thing I asked them to do. They came and fix the gutter even without a person at home. They just left the bill and we didn't have to settle anything.

They did a great job. Their prices are very fair and reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and follow up. Dale's brought in a team to remove the damaged shingles and replace them. The team was polite and efficient. Once the work was completed, Dale's sent out an inspector who carefully checked every part of the roof and actually had some areas worked on to ensure no problems. The price was fair and the service was great.

They were very nice and they didn’t charge us. They investigated all other factors that it could have been and found what they think the culprit was. I trusted what he was saying.

Told me that "Nothing was wrong with the roof". Very professional and personable. Jamie Frieze represented his company very well. I will call again. I contacted Dale's because my insurance company stated that the decking was warped. It was not (and confirmed by 3 other Angie "A" Listed roofing companies). Obviously very honest and I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

We had two new roof estimates to begin with. Dale's was higher, but we talked with someone who had a real problem with his roof leaking, and he had three different companies try to repair it but Dale's was the only one who figured it out. We communicated our desire to have Dale's do our roof, and they adjusted the cost some to make it work. We appreciated that, and are happy that they did the job.

I'd contacted two roofing companies and only Dale's gave me a date/time for an estimate. The other roofing company did not respond to me for more than a week. Dale's estimator arrived exactly on time on the day we'd arranged for him to be there. He made a comprehensive measurement of the roof and we talked about some of the things I wanted done. I had an extra satellite dish on the roof that needed to be removed, a turbine on the backside I wanted taken out and a vent in the front that required removal. Additionally I have a chimney that never seemed to be sealed properly around the flashing. I patched it as best I could and stopped the leakage, however, I wanted more than a patch job. The roof measured out to a bit over 2500 square feet, and the estimate for regular 3 tab shingles was $6182. The architectural type I wanted from Tamko added another $430 to the price. Patching bad parts of the decking was priced at $1.75 s/f. I waited a few days to hear from the other company I'd contacted, and while I'd heard from the owner, the estimator did not contact me for what I considered an unacceptable period of time. About two weeks after Dale's received the contract I'd signed, the office called to let me know the shingles should deliver that Friday. Since it was the week before Thanksgiving the crew was willing to work Saturday if it was okay with me, and it was. The shingles were delivered and put up on the roof on Friday. Early Saturday morning I was called and informed that the crew was on the way. Beginning with the back of the house, they stripped off two layers of old roof material, patched bad decking, removed the old turbine and patched in that space, and placed the appropriate number of vents according to code along the top ridge on the back side of the house. They worked about 6 or 7 hours and finished the back of the house. They asked and I agreed to let them come finish on Sunday, 11/ 18/2012. They found and replaced about 50 s/f of bad roof decking. Additionally they found the problem around the chimney. It was a case of bad construction when the house was built. Evidently the builder thought it was okay to leave a 5-6 inch gap between the decking and chimney on the low side. It was never sealed properly. The crew from Dale's found and corrected the problem as a matter of business. I watched the flashing around the chimney being put on and I can attest to the care and effort that was made to ensure it was done correctly. I'll have to wait and see how it does in extreme weather. They also painted the vent pipes on the roof to match the shingles. Once the roof was completed the crew told me what they'd done and asked if I had any questions or problems with how they'd performed the job. I didn't and they left. At this point I'd call Dale's again without hesitation. The crew was clean, polite and efficient. They worked well together and were efficient.
