"Leon called me basically as soon as i hit submit on Angi. He came out the next day , bid the work , and we hired him on the spot! I don't know if you have tried to hire a landscaper, but there is usually a loooong wait. Leon started and completed our job, three days later. We needed our beds filled in with rock, plants added, and others moved. The crew worked so hard, were super friendly, and left the job cleaner than when they arrived. We are so excited about our plants and happy we hired TruCare! I will post pics in a few weeks of our new flowers!"

"I was hoping to have before and after pictures of a retaining wall installed by Lucio Landscaping. I hired this company based on the positive reviews and pictures of before and after projects. Instead, I feel like I need to report my interaction with him. He was supposed to show up Friday for a 2 day installation of a retaining wall. He did not show or call to say he was not coming. I texted and called him and as of today he has not responded. I am a senior citizen and his way of doing things was different than what I am used to. He did not provide a written estimate. I offered to type one up for my records and his. I asked him about his insurance. He first said he did not have it with him. He finally said that he was not insured but was careful and always informed his clients. I did say that he should be up front with that information as his reputation was at stake. We went back and forth about the height of the wall. I said if there was more cost than he had quoted to just leave it at the original height. I think it was quite unprofessional to text me to make sure we were on for Friday and then not show or call. I waited until today just in case something happened to him as things sometimes do. I would just caution anyone thinking of hiring him to know that he may not show up."
