Pro Turf Lawn Service

It went very well. We have been using them for a couple of years now. So Far it's good.

We’re very satisfied with their service. Pro Turf has been great. We get a prepayment discount because we pay for the full year in advance. We get the minimum amount. It’s $45 each treatment.

It went fine and that one was better. We pay the yearly rate. We have a small yard and we pay for the whole year.

I had been with Pro Turf for approximately 5 years. Each year I had pre paid for the yearly 5-6 lawn application on a 1 acre plot. Each subsequent year they have raised their prices by an average of 5%. Overall they had raised their prices from the time I had started using their service by 25%. In December of 2014 I received a prepay option again and decided to drop them. Disregarding what I had told them they came out in March of 2015 and applied another application. This time the application price was 10% higher than the price per application from the previous year! I called their service center number in Belton regarding this application I didn't ask for. The agent could care less about my explanation and I still had to for their mistake. So , if you want to be nickel and dimed and charged for something you didn't ask for then go with Pro Turf.

They completed the service but they didn't even advise us when they arrived. The dog started barking which alerted us someone was there. Once they completed the work they left and never made contact again. We would have liked to continue service but they didn't even give the courtesy of knocking on our door and introducing themselves.

They were responsiveness and pretty good price.

I called proturf the week of 3-23-15 to ensure I was going to get the Spring treatment. I was told they would be out early the next week, which would have Monday 3-30 or Tuesday 3-31. When no one showed up, I called again on 4-2, and had a lengthy conversation in which they promised someone would be out on Monday, 4-6-15. No one showed up. I got home from work on Tuesday, 4-7 and no one showed up that day either. So once again, I called. I was told they "don't schedule that way". In the meantime, everyone else in my neighborhood (none of whom use Proturf) has had their treatment and my yard is the only one that looks like crap. I should have taken a clue from my next door neighbor when they stopped using Proturf last spring due to customer service problems.

The service went okay, I couldn't really notice a difference in my lawn. It seemed like they were pushing for more services and products for the lawn to get better results outside of the package that I had purchased.

I ended up signing an annual contract with the company. I have not met any of the staff who have been out just yet. The staff I have spoke with over the phone have been prompt, courteous and informative. A few neighbors of mine also use the company and they have been very comfortable with their service. They treat the back yard that is gated so we agreed to have them call at least 24 hours before coming out so I can unlock the gate. They have been spot on with that agreement.

Just fine they come out and do their thing and leave a sign in your yard so you know your lawns been treated.

The yard looks worse then when they started in the Spring. The constantly had to be called to perform weed control which they even stated they could not keep up. I was told to buy a sprayer, which I did, and they placed several ounces of "commercial grade" weed control in it which I sprayed and it had no effect. I was even charged for a weed control application which was suppose to be included. I called for a refund and was told it would be pro-rated. After 2 months and 3 phone calls I finally received a partial refund.

They did a great job. We did have to have them come back out to address a few areas that were missed but they did so right away and were very accommodating.

Company was very quick to get our work done. Very please with the service.

There were no troubles reaching the company for the initial scheduling. They have been really responsive and good to work with. When they complete the service, they leave a receipt with any suggested services they think may need to be completed. We have felt good about the service they have provided so far.

They looked at google maps at our property and emailed us saying it was too big to honor the deal.

I still the same weeds as before service

We have contracted Pro Turf to do all of our weed control. Bug control and fertilizer. They take care of our trees also. The guys know exactly what the schedule needs to be to provide all of the chemical care my lawn and trees need. When ever we have an issue with an application or need to reschedule an appt. they are alway prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use their services.

It is now June and my yard full of weeds (and I do mean weeds) is now a great green lawn with just two treatments. This service is wonderful. They try not to disrupt my day, take care of any mess, and are always professional. Thank you

great results on first application

My lawn looks great, but I was a little disappointed in the deal itself. I paid $25 for a spring fertilizer and weed control, which is an excellent price. However, after measuring my lawn they determined that my entire lawn was too big for the $25 deal. That is understandable, so they ended up treating the front and sides of my lawn. However, they never gave me a price for the back and I ended up doing that myself. If it was my company, I would have tried to sell the service for the backyard. They used both granules and liquid, and my lawn has never looked better. Will use these guys again.

They were going to come out and do a beginning fertilizer treatment. They just showed up one day without telling me they were coming and they put the treatment on top of newly put down grass seed which killed the grass seed that I had put down. I thought they would call ahead of time as I wanted to wait for the grass to have a little time to grow but they did not. I was not happy about what happened. I would not have known they were even at my home if they had not put a sign out.

So far, so good. We have had 1 treatment so far and the grass is looking great. I purchased the big deal and within a week the weed and feed was put on the grass. No complaints! Very professional and kind on phone.

Everything was excellent with Pro Turf Lawn and Tree Service. What stands out with them is the price, customer service and that they easy to get a hold of. The work turned out good so far. My interactions with them have been excellent. I did not spend more than the 199 for the big deal. They were out within a couple of weeks since the purchase of the big deal and they have come a couple of times since. I would rate them an 'A' for everything. I would absolutely use this provider again in the future.

They always do what they promised. They are prompt with their service and we never have had any issues with them. Scheduling is good, you call once a year to set up the applications. They show up and will leave a note indicating what they did if we are not home.
