Pro Turf Lawn Service

I still didn't feel like my lawn looked as good as my neighbor's. It's not quite as green and healthy and I wish they'd offered tips sooner rather than later. However, we didn't have any weeds this year, which was great!

In 12 years, my lawn has not looked as bad as it does now. Weeds everywhere, nutgrass popping up all over the place, and it's not as green as it could be either. The last two times Pro Turf treated my lawn, they didn't even bother to call to advise they were coming. Imagine my surprise when I get home for the day to see a pro turf sign in the yard. Yet, the result was poor. I have never had so many weeds. Not sure what they're doing but whatever it is, it's not giving good results. I have tons of nutgrass now as well, another sign that they haven't been treating it properly. I have to wonder how much actual fertilizer I've been getting as I never see any traces of it on the sidewalks, sprinkler system covers or anywhere. I have to ask myself if they even actually treated the yard? I won't be using pro turf again. And now I have to treat it again so essentially, I've paid double. What boggles me is, there was not a single offer to make it right...not any, zero.

Their service was fair to middling. We are not happy with their service, I am upset.

They killed my grass the first time they came out. They said it was not because of them but it was fine before they sprayed. You'll save money if you pay ahead of time. I wish I wouldn't have because after the first time, I would not use them again.

So far, so good. We're on a contract, they're on a scheduled basis.

They're excellent, we've been using them for awhile now.

It went fine. We're continuing using them. We've used them for quite a few years. I'd grade them an A.

We are just very new at it but it is fine as far as we know. We have only had two visits from them so I can't really say that I am a great expert on what they have done but to this point I give them an 'A' until maybe the 3 visit.

It was not good. They sent me a bill for an extra $45 for each application which they were going to do three applications. The emergent was supposed to have a seed with it too. I called them and told them that they had done wrong. The hand bed out in my yard is terrible and he did not even know what it was. I said it is needing something because it is a pre-emergence right now. He said they will not be doing that until the last of May and they will do another pre-emergence on the first of May. I have not heard a word from them.

They are fine and we have used them for several years. We do year contracts with them.

They are good. I actually went back to them. So far, so good.
