Description of Work: We have a monthly contract with Pro Turf to treat our front and side yards. They come and go and we rarely even know they've been here except for the little sign in the yard and the invoice tucked into the front door. Our yard looks great! We used them in the past and stopped because my husband wanted to treat the lawn himself but this year we've gone back to have Pro Turf take care of our lawn. The do a great job.

Description of Work: When I complained about receiving service I didn't want, they did nothing to help resolve the situation. It was as ifthey didn't care whether they kept me as a customer or not I made a couple of proposals to resolve the situation that would have kept me as a customer, but they refused to make any allowances. It was their intransigence and lack of concern for keeping me happy that really upset me. I had referred their services several times in the past, but canot do so now.

Description of Work: Pro turf has totally made over my lawn. It was full of weeds and dandelions when we moved in and it is now very thick and luxurious. Probably the prettiest yard on the block!
