Have always had great service from Aire Solutions. Today Curtice and Mike installed a new unit. Couldn't ask for better service. They were effecient, cordial and knowledgeable. Was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a new air system. Tim. his office crew and installers are all A+ in my book.

Aire Serve sent 4 men to work on the job. They all knew exactly what to do; they worked together and had the installation completed in about 5 hours. I was impressed with the workers and also impressed that their unit cut my heat bill by 1/3.

Our furnace broke down the day before my husband was to have major surgery. We were going to be in hospital for about 5 days. I called Aire Solutions and they came out that afternoon to check it out. We were able to make arrangements to purchase a New furnace that day. We were given detailed info on different types of furnaces including on the correct size needed for our size home. The furnace was ordered and was installed one week later. We were offered several space heaters to use until the furnace was installed. The workers were very friendly,professional, respectful, clean, and helpful. We were very pleased with our experience and our new furnace!

We called Tim Funke President of Aire Solutions with a big problem. My mom was recently sent home with Hospice and we learned that she was getting no heat dowwnstairs where we put my mom. Cold weather was coming quick, I was starting to panic. Tim came out the next day to give us an estimate, which was very resonable and also gave us the comfort of knowing that he was going to bring heat to my mom. Tim Funke got on my situation in a quick manner and sent out Mike Tiarks and Kris Brown three days later. Mike and Kris worked in a timely manner and was very efficient. They was friendly and made me and my mom and dad comfortable. Most importantly, my mom has heat downstairs and is warm and cold weather hit three days later! Aire Solutions is our hero and would recommend their service to everyone.

I called set time for estimate they were behind schedule but still decent they looked at what we thought was wrong gave an estimate on the repair and waited almost a month for me to gather the money for the repair. they set up a time for the repair came out fixed what was wrong checked everything out and found one more problem they gave me an estimate on that and now am waiting to gather money for that repair.

I haven't been very satisfied with them. I would not use them again in the future.

Checked indoor unit, checked outside unit in bitter cold weather, checked thermostats upstairs and downstairs, and cleaned outside filter.

The service tech found a problem on Monday, January 23rd and had to order a part. He stated it would be there when the truck ran for parts. He was to come on Friday, January 27th for replacement. I called the office and they told me he could not do the repair on Friday so they had him come out on 1/26 at 5:15 PM and he did the repair in the dark.

Very professional from start to finish. He presented himself very well. He put on booties to protect our carpets. His name was Greg. He is welcome in our home any time

Everything went great! The service technicians began the work on the day it was promised and continued until the work was completed - no "something's come up, so we'll have to leave here and come back another day" or "well, we hadn't counted on that, so it's going to cost you more" ... VERY professional from start to finish! And, so very meticulous in their work - always using slip-on booties when working inside the house (no mess whatsoever) and leaving the outside work area as they had found it when they began - no trash, no yard ruts, etc. Thank you Tim, Curtis, Mike& Chris!!! The only one who hadn't planned as well was me. When I requested a repositioning of the air return, I didn't make contingency plans for losing 2/3 of my food pantry. While it is a little inconvenient now, I now have to do a little more remodeling that I had been wanting to do for a long time - good for me, but my husband is a little sad! LOL *One disclosure that has to be made: The owner of this company is actually a member of the family, but when it comes to business, no "quarter" is ever expected or given when it comes to business. We have used Tim and his company for years for HVAC, including refrigeration service when we were in the grocery and restaurant businesses, as well as our home(s) needs. The family relationship does not constitute a coersion to demand or expect any other than complete professionalism with business affairs - Susan.

Wonderful! They clean up after themselves if they make a mess. They also follow up with you after the repairs are done.

Curtis Hopkins was excellent. He came on the weekend and worked until it was done. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure everything was done. He still checks back to make sure that everything is working properly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Greg arrived on time and knew his job. answered questions and put on booties to protect my floor. I have used this copany for years and they have taken care of me very well

Service was scheduled for 10 am and they called and said they were running about 10 minutes behind schedule, and they arrived around 10 after 10 . They are very good at communicating with the customers also.
