The technician (Hunter) was very professional and find the problem right away. He had it up and running very quickly. I'm very thankful.

Austin arrived at appropriate time, immediately checked vent in garage,unit was functioning, but area to cool is too large for it to cool. He recommended that We needed to add another unit to take care of the space we have to cool. He also checked out the unit that cools living quarters and garage. Austin was very professional, thorough, and pleasant. We have never had a 3 car air conditioned garage, so we have decided to postpone adding another unit at this time. Thank you for the many years your company has served us at our other location.

The whole operation went without a hitch. The technicians were all professional and friendly. They removed old system and installed new system within one day. I would like to thank Eric and Rick for taking the time to explain and setup my new system.

SAMUEL DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE CHANGED, FILTER, RESET THERMOSTADT, AND CHECKED OUT THE HUMIDIFIER. EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE AND A GOOD PERSONALITY WORKS WELL TOGETHER. I ALWAYS SUGGEST CUSTOMERS PURCHASE A SERVICE AGREEMENT. IT IS WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

Very good. I’m very happy with Aire Solutions. It’s $200 a year for 2 times a year service. Summer and winter. They were very professional. They call you before. They show up on time. They show their id. They put booties on before they come in your house. They clean up everything that they mess up. They check your unit and make sure everything is running good. They do good service. I’m going to hire them when the time comes to get a new unit put in.

Worst service I have ever received. The repair man was here for about 15 minutes and told me that I didn't have a problem, the unit was functioning as it should and I owed $89.00. I could tell he didn't know much about my system when he told me that I had a variable speed fan motor, and it will go on and off depending on demand. I knew for a fact that it was continuous speed, depending where you set the tap and when you set the thermostat fan switch to on that the fan should come on and stay on, not go on and off. I ended up calling another repair service who couldn't believe what I was told and had my unit working correctly in about 30 minutes. I would definitely NOT recommend this company!!!!!!!

Technician Todd J.arrived promptly at scheduled time, was very customer friendly, didn't mind answering a number of questions from me about A/C functions etc. Would certainly hope he is the "same guy" next time. Danny W.

They come in do the work and clean the place before they leave. They make sure everything is good. It something is not right they make it right. If they are late they will call and inform.

The technician was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of her trade. She donned foot covers when she entered our home, and went right to work. There was minimal interruption to our schedule. If all the techs are as good as Stephanie, then Aire Solutions in Poplar Bluff is the company to call for all your H-Vac needs.

Curtis called the day before to confirm he would be there in the morning, showed up on time by himself, did the job all in one day, was very professional.

We called for an estimate and they were able to come out that day. The next morning Kevin was able to give me estimates on 5 different systems for our home. Kevin gave recommendations to which would be best and didn't try to push the most expensive. We chose a middle of the road system not the most expensive but not the cheapest. The crew was able to come out a few days later to install and was very professional. The work was completed in one day and we barley knew they were here. Before they left they explained the new system to us and everything was left as clean as before they came. I will continue to use Aire Solutions to service our new system seasonal.

They were here early morning to install it the were very friendly and respectful as they worked. They did the job in a appropriate time and answered any and all questions we had.

I spent about $85. They were great and I would recommend them to anybody. They were courteous, approachable and they made sure that they cleaned up after themselves.

They were on time, curtious, efficent, and cleaned up everything and hauled off all the old equipment. We have been using Aire Solutions for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. They were very responsive even on the weekends when our AC went out they were at the house within 45 minutes and fixed it. They explain everything They are not high pressure. You cannot go wrong with Aire Soulutions.

They were upfront about the cost of the new unit. Stephanie has been coming out for the past couple of years and has always taken good care of us. Frank gave us prices for all the different units once a decision was made it was only a few days to get the new unit put in. They were very clean and professional. The

The installers were prompt and very professional. When entering my home they put covers on their shoes which was very much appreciated. They put in a new thermostat with wifi connection. They completely set it up and showed me how to use it. There was an issue with some wiring and they caught it and fixed it for us. Thanks Mike and Kris for doing a great job.

Evan came and looked around to see what unit would be best for my house and give me a quote. Curtis called to get direction and to tell me he was on the way to look around and get a idea where to start and to leave some of the materials,and said he would start the next day. The guys were really friendly and professional. They explain everything they were doing,and explained why I was having the trouble that I was having with my old duct work. Curtis was really a pleasure to work with, I would use them again if need be. If you need any of the services they perform you can't go wrong with calling them. I would highly recommend Aire Solution.

Stephanie from Aire Solutions arrived with a smile and she immediately went to work. she diagnosed the problem and had the A/C working and blowing cold air again in about an hour. She explained the process thoroughly and she broke down all of the tech words, so it was very easy to understand. I was VERY satisfied with this company and will be using them again in the future if I could have I would have rated them as a A+ company!!!!

Aire Solutions is a wonderful company and we wouldn't hesitate to use it again. All of it's associates, in particular Curtis, Mike, Douglas, and Evan, were completely knowledgable about the unit and never hesitated to help us out. It means a lot to have people you can count on, especially when your air conditioning unit breaks in 100 degree weather! I highly recommend this company!!

If you want to be treated in a Professional manner, with the utmost Respect, by a company based on Integrity, that is Considerate of your every need, then call Aire Solutions. From the person who answers the phone, to the Service Technicians, to the Installation Technicians, to the person in charge of Sales, you get the same Courteous and Friendly treatment. As a woman, I immediately noticed they covered their shoes before they went tramping through my house. I also noticed they completely covered my floor before they brought their equipment in on a dolly. I also noticed they explained things to me without talking down to me. It's hard to find people that are willing to do what is expected of them on their job. But it's almost impossible to find people that are willing to go above and beyond what is expected of them. So, when I found those kind of people working at Aire Solutions, I not only used them once, I have used them several times, and will continue to use them. We've had to have a few repairs done to our old unit, and have been on their maintenance plan. Most recently they guided me through the process of purchasing a new air conditioner/heat pump and installed it to perfection.
