"I had an extreme cold air getting into our Kids room and the master closet. We called this company and they sent out Mark Freeman, who was supposed to be the best on their team. Nice guy and seemed knowledgeable, but his fix of replacing existing insulation with some super-duper insulation did not fix it. He did give me a guarantee that if the cold came back they would make it right, but that did not happen. I even have texts from Mark acknowledging their failure, but in the end, they ghosted me. I even called the owner, Bill Kelley, but once he realized who I was he stopped responding. I went to file a small claims case, but it seems the business has either gone out of business or changed its name. Threw $2100 down the drain. I would NOT use this business if they are still around."

"If I could give this guy a zero rating I would. He came 2-19-20 to give us an estimate on our failing toilet and drippy faucet. He was coming yesterday, 2-21-20, to do the repair at 3:30pm. My husband took the afternoon off work to be home. At 3:40pm he still was not here, so I called him. He told me I should **get someone else**. He comes across as a **good old boy** and will talk your leg off. Even about other customers. He drives a retired vehicle and I would think would have ample room to stock normal plumbing repair parts such as a toilet fill valve one would think. Unreliable. Move on from him is my opinion. My husband was so mad he watched online videos, and did the necessary repairs for $20."
