Shannon promptly bid the job via email and scheduled for the next day. Chris arrived and assessed the "damage" (I started laying the floating laminate... incorrectly!). He got to work and fixed it all, laid the flooring down correctly, added the quarter round like a pro. Very professional and great work. I also asked if he would add qtr round to another room and with a little extra $ (which i expected) of course I had him do it. He did excellent work and I'll call CW Flooring again for future flooring needs.

Shannon came to our house on time, She was very friendly, She measured the dimensions of 4 rooms on the main floor and even went down to the basement to evaluate sub floor. She promised to email estimate in 3 days. 10 days later she called and apologized for not sending the estimate. She said that the estimate got attached to another file and that she would email it to us if we still wanted it. A week later I emailed her through angieslist.com asking Shannon if she was ever going to send the estimate. She replied twice asking for my email and I still did not send anything. i feel like for the 2 hours of my time I deserve some sort of reply even if the company is not interested in installing hardwood floors in my house.

Installer was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately the original install date had to be delayed because of lack of communication about the type of flooring. Flooring required a nail gun that installer did not pack because we thought the flooring was click and lock flooring. Installer was thoughtful enough to reschedule for the next day. We were also short one box of flooring. We called in an order to local hardware shop and installer was kind enough to pick up and complete installation. The flooring looks great. I rated the price fair because we paid far less in the past for flooring install in a larger space but the quality and professionalism and willingness to be flexible during the mishaps made it a great experience. We would recommend the installer and will call them again.

After purchasing the hardwood at the local hardwood flooring store, I contacted 6 installers for installation bids. Only 3 returned my calls with Shannon being one of them. I had drawn up the layout on graph paper and emailed it to her. Within a day or so, I received the bid which was very reasonable. We made an appointment for a later date for her to confirm the measurements and layout. Another deciding factor, other than the reasonable cost, in selecting CW flooring was Chris' experience in removing the ceramic tile. Other installers did not know how to effectively remove it and built in a lot of costly contingencies in their bids. He knew how to get up the residual mortar and how to keep dust to a minimum. On the scheduled installation day, they arrived on time and worked throughout the day with very few breaks. They took time laying out the floor to be sure the color mix was random without concentrations of too much light or dark wood in one spot. Tile removal took one day and the hardwood installation was a day and a half. The installation was professionally done, the crew was courteous, respectful and friendly. The floor is beautiful.

This team was the bargain bid, but with exceptional, excellent service. CW Flooring was prompt and accommodating to our challenging floor: a mix of 30 year old and new concrete on two levels. The floor is beautiful. They made useful suggestions to solve problems, were fast and friendly. I'd encourage anyone considering new flooring install to hire CW Flooring.

i called them for an estimate they came out within 48 hours and wrote me a detailed estimate we scheduled the refinishing datesthey came out, did the work quickly and professionally then came back and did the threshholdsthey did not accept any payment until the job was finished they were friendly and professional

You could not ask for a better outcome. From the beginning to end everything was as stated and on time. Chris and his team members did a great job and kept us informed on a daily bais. Thank you Chris and Shannon for the great workmanship!!!!! Will be using you again!

CW Flooring did a good job. There was a little bit of re-work that was needed. They were very attentive and had an eye to detail. They made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I don't have any complaints about them. They were professional. The owner came by frequently to make sure the job was going well. You get what you pay for and I was satisfied.

We purchased Virgina Millworks Handscraped Windsor Oak flooring when we remodeled our entire main level. We scheduled an appointment to have Shannon measure our space, and we had lots of communication with her via email and text before they showed up. We had to coordinate dates and times with other workers and she was always very nice about me calling/texting her a lot! The work they did was great,precision cuts around vents and door jams etc. They even moved furniture they probably didn't have to (as part of our bid). They were done in a day and a half.

I enjoy woodworking and cabinet building, and must say that CWs high standards, attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship resulted in our floors looking like a fine piece of custom made furniture! Their experience, professionalism and dedication to their customers' satisfaction are just a few of the reasons while I would highly recommend CW Flooring to our family, friends and fellow Angie's List members!!

We ended up choosing another firm to the work, but will definitely consider have CW Flooring bid on any future projects we might have.

A very knowledgeable young lady came to my house and measured and provided me with a very detailed estimate. They provided pictures and references for me. I went and purchased the materials and they came right away and installed them for me. It was a three day project and each day my house was left in great order. The guys even brought up some furniture from my garage for me.
